Czysto, miła, zawsze pomocna obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko 2 stacje metra, więc dojazd w każde miejsce bez problemu. Cicha spokojna lokalizacja.

I highly recommend this hotel. There are amenities near front desk: tea, coffee, body towel, face wash, lotion, toothbrush and bobbles. The staff are very polite, and the room is cleaned to a very high standard. It is very quiet - we stayed for 5 nights and hardly heard any noise at all. They can store luggage for you on the last day.
There was a bit of a smell from the drains in the bathroom.

近くにスーパーやコンビニもあり便利。夜も静かだし治安も良かった。
洗面所の蛇口が低くて使いずらかった。

近くにコンビニもあり、立地がとても良かった。ホテル内のレストランのピザもとてもおいしかった。
5階に宿泊したのですが、なぜでしょう？一晩中猫の声がしていて、うるさくて眠れませんでした。受験のために宿泊していたので、それだけが残念です。

お風呂、窓のヘリの掃除が行き届いていない。お風呂に関しては少しカビ臭く、明らかに以前泊まった方？の髪の毛の塊があって驚いてしまった。

Brilliant location with plenty of shops, restaurants nearby and Yotsuya station is literally less than 5min walk.
A small-ish room but as we were only staying for the night it didn't bother us too much. The room was clean and comfortable. A small massage machine was a lovely touch!
Nothing really that we didn't like. There was a steam machine in the room (as the room gets pretty dry with aircon) but as there was no instruction and when I called the reception, they didn't seem to know how to work it either.

Respecto a la ubicacion, si bien estabamos lejos de muchos lugares, teniamos la estacion a 2 cuadras de tren y de subte.
El desayuno. La parte de ensalada era muy buena pero todo lo demas podria mejorar. Muchas cosas como el huevo, la panceta, la pasta estaban frias...
No tenian alguna sala de reuniones, o un sitio para estar.
Solo habia un microondas y era muy lento.

地点：新宿前两站，JR 和 Metro 都有站，步行 3-5 分钟可达，比较方便。推着箱子会比较麻烦。
设施:干净整洁但比较旧，一楼大堂有洁面乳/卸妆油/牙刷等可以自取，按需使用。
房间:比较小，日本🇯🇵酒店都差不多，除非五星级➕。
楼下即是马路，比较吵，关紧窗户后不影响睡眠。
总体还是不错，早餐在 Salvador 餐厅完成，选择不多，但质量不错。推荐咖喱酱汁搭配面包，很赞👍

1, you can clearly hear the noise from outside, it's like you are sleeping on the street

Location was good, near train station which has easy access to many places. Many convenience stores around and food places right below. Even has a supermarket at the back. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room was smaller than it looked. For individual/couple, this should suffice. However, for families w kids, might not be spacious, and be better with multiple rooms. Breakfast buffet selection were limited and food were cold.

La comodidad de las camas.
El desayuno pésimo. A la poca variedad que había se le unía que en cuanto se acaba algo no lo reponían. También es lo que pasa cuando pones pizza y espaguetis para desayunar, que los huevos, el beicon, el zumo y el pan para tostadas vuelan.

Great location. Close to a food alley and transport.
Breakfast was not great. Limited options and didn’t look appealing at all. The hot food was just warm and the empty trays were not filled. The water and juice were warm and the coffee/tea were just warm.

I like the air purifier device that really helped me since i accidentally booked the wrong type of room (smoking room, but im a non smoker). And i also liked the location of it! although a little walk to the train station, but i like that i can have access to both the local metro and JR line without having to switch trains or such!
Pillows were abit hard, but i like that they gave me two different pillows- one was feather and one was bean pillow (i think)
also window screen was so hard to pull back down…
