The room and space are just nice for my group. The contact person was helpful and friendly
The extra beds do not come with pillows and blankets. The bathroom doors are difficult to lock as they are no longer in good condition but if u get used to them, they are acceptable

Response from owner is good. Convenience for shopping as vivacity mall is in same building. View nice.
Cleanliness need to improve as not only my nephew skin get rashes, all my family member gets it also. Wifi and tv not working. Toilet also low in cleanliness.

Location is great, being at VivaCity mall. Apartment was quiet and it was easy to get rides around town from the mall. Apartment layout is good for a family.
There were no instructions in the apartment for operating aircon, water heater, etc. We were only able to have hot water in one shower. One of the bathrooms' shower head was detached from the wall and there were no washcloths or handtowels provided. Provided kitchen appliances were good, but there were no plates or bowls to eat with. We had lots of mugs and some silverware. Facilities were comfortable but not impressive. Apartment is not as pictured in the listing. Different furniture and less attractively decorated.
