Room was clean, nice thick pillows and good comforter.
I am very sensitive to dust and had a minor rash reaction to the dust in the room. The cupboard and curtains look and feel like they've not been cleaned for a while, and the coffee tray had a light layer of dust.

Easy to look for food near the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was comfortable.
Room smelt of rancid cigarette odour.

prebooked with credit card guarantee. There was an error
in the credit card but error was corrected and confirmed. however,
the staff handling the check in seems not to get the updated
info and hence have to still present my card for payment
risk having double charged.
