The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Easy to get transport we were within the shopping complex so it's very convenient.
The cutleries especially the spoons and fork were substandard. How about some butter knife and chopsticks .
There was comforter but no blanket.
There were no place to keep our soap and toiletries in the shower area.

Best place to stay in Kuching. They were extremely accommodating & the staff was amazing. Took advantage of the location to Boulevard Mall. Best view for the kids seeing the swimming pool 😄.

Parking instructions were confusing.
Had to pay during the first entry due to confused site of parking.

Strategic place and location for leisure and relax. Love the facilities especially gym and pool. Friendly Host 👍🏻

Clean and the host is very customer friendly. He is available almost all the time to guide us on the doubt raised be it from entering the parking lot till checking out from the apartment
