An excellent hotel. Lovely and quiet and nicely presented. The room was big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast had a good selection even for a vegan. Pool was covered in the bar area so perfect whatever the weather (bit of a shock when you first get in). lovely views from the pool/bar and you can see the fountain show from there. Great location. The staff were excellent. The lady poolside attendant was really lovely and friendly and we loved our little chats with her.

Not didn't like but some of the booking com information is incorrect - there isn't a mini bar (there is a fridge), there isn't a bottle of wine/champagne in the room.

Breakfast was excellent. Alot if choices.

pls use reuseable glass for drinking in the room instead of disposable plastic bottle. The best is incoprporated filtered water in each room just like most hotel in europe to reduce the one-time plastic drinking bottle. insufficient equipment in gym

Location is excellent, There is a connecting mall where food is not an issue. Also near to places of interest like museum and the waterfront where there is a light show on Fri-Sun.

The hotel is a bit old or not very well maintained. I mean it is clean but the room is obviously a bit rundown for a 5 star hotel. You should get it for the location and location alone. The room is serviceable.
