Strategic hotel. Beautiful view. Can never get tired of the river view

The junior studio is quite old, eventhough very spacious. Could upgrade it especially the bathroom.

We took the river view room and enjoyed watching the activities of the locals & tourists.

Location was good. Staff pleasant. Bed comfortable

We stayed on the 9th floor. It was smelly. Carpet disgustingly dirty. Our room was not clean. Mirrors hadn’t been cleaned. Wall had been repaired with plastered but not painted. The toilet door was so filthy that I didn’t want to hang my towel there after using. It just looks like it needs a big clean. We have room with view but windows are also dirty

good location, breakfast buffet almost similar everyday

housekeeping not so attentive, the bathroom towel never was never changed, they just changed some towels, made the bed that’s all, no water bottle replaced until requested, glass was not cleaned

the location was very good, right on the river front and across from the famous cat statue.

the reception staff is good, breakfast is ok

the room is not clean, moldy bathroom, uncontrollable air conditioning which make me sick. housekeeping staff don’t replenish my towel and toilet mat after room cleaning .
