The place, staff are very comfortable, good value for money, great location in middle of KL. It very easy to access all around KL. Only one car can able to park inside the suites but we can park the cars beside the suites there have private parking only rm7 per day. We friends enjoy the trip with suasana suites bukit ceylon and i really recommended this suites for KL trip.

Have restaurant, bar at ground floor of suites but the food price was expensive. Only give one access card, if give 2 means it easy. Because if one of us go down need to bring access card and another one need to go means wait for 1st one come due to lift use access card.

the scenery from my balcony was superb. the room was also clean. and also my bathroom light was broken. after few minutes i told the staff. they immediately fix it. thank you.

hopefully the management can provide shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. because they only provide body wash.

the owner is nice, try to guide any inconvenience situation there. the view also nice, facing the tallest building in malaysia

the place is nice but air cond not functioning at living room. also got problem with the sink. it was clogged. i also think they should replace the sofa, big scratch here and there but the owner promised me to refund my deposit and compensation

I was totally dissatisfied. It was the worst trip. I rented the house without checking it in advance. It cost me more than 1,200. The water heaters in the restrooms of all rooms were broken and had not been repaired. The doors had to be closed and I had to pull hard. There was a problem with the door when I opened the door. At the beginning, every time I parked around to the 10th floor, the small cabinet in their room was broken, and I was in a good mood. I booked this because I lived together and had a bathtub. I intend to give them enjoyment, so I can only watch, the water over there is so cold, I can only watch ✔

Swimming pool was so big, nice and clean, the guard house and cafe staff also very friendly. KL tower view at swimming pool, worth the money.

Pass card. please give at least 2 pass for lift and parking. Tq
