La posizione a Trastevere Ottima

Per una notte va benissimo, vanno riviste sicuramente le pulizie a fondo e togliere tutto quello che non e' necessario, con qualche accorgimento e rifacimento

The air conditioning, the small terrace and the location.

The photos make it look better than it is in reality. Two chairs are covered with blankets due to poor condition. The 2 stools at the bar are gone. This apartment is in a neglected condition, with indifferent cleaning, and rather bizarre decór, including holiday decorations above the kitchen cupboard (nowhere else to store them?). Fortunately it is surrounded by restaurants because you'll be lucky to be able to cook in the barely stocked kitchen. Broken, chipped items in the bathroom, a hole in the toilet seat, what could be mold around the shower. No place to hang clothing in the bedroom outside the bathroom (you don't want to enter the space under the eaves). Unsafe stairs to the loft. Also note no elevator and it is on the 3rd floor.

Very homely & lovely comfortable beds. the terrace was a lovely extra to relax on after a day out sightseeing.

Really cool apartment with a lot of character in a great location in Trastavere. Directly above a great Bar with friendly staff, great drinks and good, simple food. You walk out right into the middle of all the life of the neighborhood.

Only complaint we had was that we could not get the WiFi to work, and we had two young digital natives in our party. Recommend that the owner fix and simplify that. Wasn't the end of the world, and the Bar downstairs has WiFi. Just a small inconvenience.

location was great, host was lovely, no major issues

Location was excellent, Trastevere is full of the life, and great restaurants. It is almost same distance to Colosseum, Vatican and Piazza Navona. Host is very nice and helpful. Enough space for family of 5.

One more a/c in the living room to cover upper deck too would be helpful as it was extremely hot in Rome. Other two rooms have great a/c.

Kind host. Prepered the appartment very fast for us. ( we order it close to the arriving. Good location. Big rooms. Very good for a family. Very comfortable. Warm place for the winter. Nice balcony (for summer time) Good bathroom and towels, good kitchen for meals.

Must change the double rooms bedclothes. I couldent sleep on it. The t.v. wasnt so good ,went out of catching all the time. Looks like the things around was little old.
