Spacious room with nice design and fully equipped with everything we need. Very suitable for families with children. There is a big living room, kitchen and a dining table. We can enjoy ourselves in the living room while the children were sleeping without having to worry that we would wake them up with the noise at night. Perfect location! The hotel is right next to the newest mall, K11. Very good and helpful service. Will definitely stay here again.

Please note that this is not a hotel, but apartments. No one will meet you at the entrance to help you with your luggage from the taxi (and do not expect this from the taxi driver in HK 😆) No lobby bar or hotel restaurant. They offer breakfast in the communal area, but its quality is average. To compensate, you can order food directly to your apartment from the mall's many restaurants 👍👍👏👏

Wonderful clean facilities, fantastic, helpful and cheerful staff. My wife and I swam everyday in the amazing pool. The swimming pool staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. A very special thanks to Stephen and Yo-yo. They were great. Stephen even remembers my name from my last visit in January 2023! My wife and I shall definitely be back soon. Dr Simon Lam

It will be good to have a swimwear 'spinner' for guests to dry the swimming garments. I feel bad to have my swimming trunks dripping on the beautiful hotel floor!
