The room was great. Got wifi and 'long TV'. You will not be bored staying here. The facilities are awesome; swimming pool and the playground. Easy access to Sunway Velocity Mall, My Town and Ikea. Near MRT Cochrane. I love the hospitality of the staff; Abaz and his colleague. I will definitely stay here again.

the house owner charges extra RM30.00 just because we check out half an hour late!

The quality of the toilet paper is lower than that of public toilets. This is not an expensive convenience to offer your guest.

I liked the fact that the cockroaches didn't try to sneak into our ears when we sleep. And they generally have boundaries.
The cockroaches should have their own room instead of sharing it with me and my family.

I like the location but dint like the unit
very bad in cleaning part. its dusty at the flooring, toilet,etc.
check in time is 3pm but waiting in unit until 6pm only can complete to check in waste my time to plan my another schedule. very disposable on this property management

..Everything ok... Walking distance to mall.. Mytown and easy access...nice place to stay....
Just wonder until now deposit by online transfer since all is self check-in and check out .... But that is OK the person incharge are ok.. But till now still not yet getting my deposit back....
In term of depo should be make it clear...do we need 2 3 days to refund the deposit...make it clear... Please..
