Beautiful view Owner answer very quickly and he is nice

Love everything about the place an stay...

Hot water for big bath...water got cold after quarter way full...

The location was amazing, the hotel had everything from Valet parking to Restaurants, Spa, Barber shop, High End Shopping and Grocery stores.

The Check in Guest Service Manager was rude, impatient and not helpful, She was not at her desk at check in and showed up 20 minutes late, no sign posted to say she would be returning and when. Upon her return she did not acknowledge any of us that had been waiting, she checked us in with a huge attitude as if it was our fault we showed up.

The room is a good size, everything is as seen on the listing pictures. The view is great and Vanessa was overall attentive.

The first day we used the restrooms one of them was flooding the bathroom floor. We called to have someone take care of it and they never really followed up after that, so we just took quick showers with extra towels on the floor. It could be a bit more clean too, the floors were a bit dirty.
