A cold weekend The heater in one bedroom didn't work It was fixed immediately and a blow heater was provided so we did not feel the cold.

It could do with better lighting in the kitchen, and as there is loads of space, a table would be so useful in there.

Good location, big apartment

Not accessible (as stated) made sure to check for this as I was travelling with twins, there were no lifts so I had to carry 2 car seats up several flights of stairs, the fire exit which we were told we could use as quicker access to the car was down a tight hall way that was cluttered with high chairs, a hoover and other rubbish making it difficult to get through ( not great if there was a fire), sofa seats kept slipping forward as they were a sofa bed this made the sofa very uncomfortable, if you leave the premises (car park) which is down a very tight alley way through a tiny gate which I was very surprised I didn’t knock my wing mirrors on, you have to ring for someone to let you back in, I sat in my car for 30 minutes with 2 babies it was dark and there were dodgy people hanging around, waiting for someone to come with a key and open the gate to let me in, there needs to be somewhere you can just collect a key on site for this, sweets in vending machine 6 months out of date.

The apartment was just right for my grandkids,daughter,husband.& me Plenty of room,very clean. Excellent communication with the staff regarding our stay.Nothing was to much trouble Had everything you would need,the little stuff made it even more pleasant,like tea/ coffee,ect Even a small bottle of milk was in the fridge. They left a welcoming card for us too, which was lovely. Everything was in walking distance to all the attractions. We had a great view of the tower out of the front room window. We definitely recommend staying here.**** They even had parking.

The apartment was large and clean. The bed settees were very easy to use and comfortable. The water was warm.

On arrival at 3 pm the accommodation was not ready. We had to wait until 4.45 Pm before it was made available. Having 2 babies under 1 and the delayed booking in had a knock on effect and spoilt our one night stay. They got to tired to enjoy the Blackpool illuminations that we had deliberately gone for in the first place. We were in accommodation number 3. Someone else in the block or accommodation opposite were using drugs as strange sweet smells keep wafting though the windows. We had to keep the windows closed when it was very hot. The entrance hall smelt of damp and the walls looked like they needed re painting. The outside of the building looked like it would benefit from a new coate of paint. Just glad to be back home.

Perfect size had everything we needed kids loved it was very surprised with how nice the apartments was

its huge and very well thought out me and my friends stayed with 2 kids each and couldn’t here each any noise between rooms very clean shower was powerful will book this apartment again
