Great location and very clean.

Apartment was a lot smaller than it seemed. Needs some tlc. Area were you park the car is disgusting full of rubbish and dog poo.

Nothing about this place was nice in all honesty

The room smelled of urine and very musky, yellowing of the doors and kitchen units, was not very clean. Could hear every little bit of movement from other rooms, water running, showers, talking, crying, shouting, walking around, the bed was two pushed together with a lump in the middle, I also find it abhorrent that a £100 deposit is requires for such a terrible hotel. Had a nightmare with the parking situation and staff were extremely unhelpful with that resulting in being stuck parked on double yellows for near 20 minutes when all the staff had to do was tell me parking was through metal gates around the back, instead they messed around trying to send me a video which really needs to cut to the chase and just direct people where to park. Overall would not stay again and wouldn't recommend

Location and key for door

They changed my apartment last minute. They said it was an upgrade but it wasn’t and I wasn’t happy. The price of the property was very expensive and was not what I booked. The apartment lacked soul.

Great location really helpful staff

It was close to the centre It was good value for money It had parking It was very clean It had a few nice touches such as a personalised postcard welcoming us, rock, tea and coffee. The staff were super friendly

The sofa bed was not comfortable at all The walls were paper thin, could hear the people next door turning over in bed When you ran the water in the bathroom the sink smelt terrible.

It was very nice and clean, and a lot of space .

It was on the top floor and wasint great when I had my dog with me .

Great location. The apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet location.

Location friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast hamper well worth the money. Cafe next door very handy. Was a good point of contact. Overall very nice experience will stay again. Parking a big bonus for us.

Would say some of the furniture could do with updating a little more tlc but didnt affect our stay.
