The location was great and our guest experience executive Abdulaziz was friendly and helpful.

The corridors on 51st floor once you come out of the lift was smelling.

Really great location as the marina is easy access via taxi to a number of places. The apartments were also right next to a 24 hour pharmacy and supermarket. Unfortunately the apartment did not have enough toilet roll however the host was kind enough to buy extra items if needed. Security staff were easily contactable and friendly. Nice views from the balcony. Working facilities such as air conditioning and hot water in order. Other residents are friendly. Feels very safe in the building. There were also two pools we had access to for those staying/residents.

- one of beds was uncomfortable as the mattress was particularly hard and potentially may have had bed bugs as those who slept in the bed on the first night had bite marks across their legs - WiFi in the apartment was a bit slow and annoyingly there was no public WiFi in the lobby so ordering taxis were a bit of a pain as we could not do it from downstairs and had to order them when we were upstairs in our room. - the hairdryer was not very functional

Property is on a very good location, it is almost on the middle of most of the attractions. it is clean and comfortable. Mr. Abdulaziz (the property representative) made our stay much more enjoyable.

probably the space of the second room and the washroom are very small and congested. Besides, we were pissed off whenever we are accessing or leaving the parking as the guards were asking the same questions every time.

Location is perfect, 100m from Mina Seyahi tram station (easily conected to Soba Realty metro station), also only 50m from Carrefour market 24/7, short cab ride to JBR walk, Atlantis and Souk Madinat. Clean and confortable apartment, cable tv, fast internet, complete kitchen and laundry itens. Bobur explained everything and helped us on all of our needs during our 6 nights. Definitely would recommend and stay there again! All my family (2 couples and one kid) where satisfied.

Spacious and stylish, next to supermarket, tram station and Barasti beach

Both apartments that we booked were very nice, same layout, slightly different set up, delux one was little more lux ))

The location very close to Dubai Marina was very ideal. The apartment was also very spacious and easily accessible by any form of transportation.

Some bulbs were not working. Also, some curtains were difficult to draw and needed repairing or maintenance work. There's also a foul smell outside the apartment as you approach it from the lift.

Fantastic location. Great value for money.

Situated in a fantastic location. Good views and facilities, the gym was great and the pool was good too.
