Ana and Filipa were just wonderful! Ana met us since we were arriving a little early before check-in and showed us the property to answer any questions. Were able to leave our bags and go walk around. There are restaurants, bars and shopping a short walk away - yes, it will be uphill one way but downhill coming back! Everything we needed was at the property. We didn't expect the hosts to provide as much as some of the other reviews imply. We simply went to a local market and got supplies - additional coffee pods, snacks, wine, etc... The property layout is perfect for 2 couples or a small family since it has 2 bedrooms each with a full bathroom. A/C units in all bedrooms and kitchen. I did have some challenges in getting the cooktop to turn on since not like what we have in the states. A quick WhatsApp message and it was answered with directions. Great customer service! Lastly, the property was very, very clean! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home was a great stay for us. The main floor plus loft arrangement worked out well for our family of four. The terrace overlooking the city was lovely to enjoy morning and especially evening. The location is a good walk down hills to many central locations. That means it’s quite the hike back up, especially after a long day out, so you can always opt for an Uber which we did a few times.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Exceptionally clean and very accommodating with check in.

This property was perfect for our family (wife and two teens) during our visit to Lisbon. The views from the balcony are amazing. The Graca neighborhood has many points with great views and some nice restaurants (wine bar just up the street). Only about a 10 minute walk to Martim Moniz and the center of Lisbon. Ana was very helpful upon our arrival and made some great recommendations. Would definitely recommend if looking for a great place in Lisbon.

We had a fantastic time at this apartment. It’s so close to so many wonderful shops, restaurants, and stores but is very quiet. The place was very accommodating. But just know you have to buy everything. They give you like three Nespresso pods, but you have to buy, sugar, salt, pepper, oils, paper towels, laundry soap anything you might need to make food at the apartment or to clean. Other then that the place is fantastic. If your going to stay for a long time, this would be a great place!

Loved our stay at this hilltop treasure. Anna met us upon our arrival and provided us with an informative tour. The condo (more like a house) was beautiful and accommodating with comfortable beds and spacious living areas. The owners have gone above and beyond to put attention to every detail in this mid-century modern unit. The views from the deck overlooking the city were amazing. Anna and Filipa were very quick with responses when needed and very polite. We had a great trip and would return again.

A beautiful little apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. Easily walkable to so much and a 10 min walk to the metro. Communication with Filipa was great - and yes, the view, the view, the view!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. One really appreciates the beauty of the city from the lovely view. The apartment (small house) is well designed and appointed. We appreciated receiving wood for the wood stove upon request, as well as the welcome gifts. If you like to walk and take the tram or metro to explore Lisbon, this apartment is ideal. We took advice from previous reviews on the restaurants and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend Estamine Art Food Drink, a small two table restaurant, which I believe requires a reservation. We could not speak more highly of our stay here, the house is gorgeously furnished and the view and location is amazing. Tips about where to eat in the local area were much appreciated, as well as the thoughtful items like washing powder and coffee pods! We enjoyed every minute!

This is a spectacular property near the top of one of the higher, older neighborhoods (Graca) in Lisbon. It was completely built out with a very professional, tasteful eye toward interior design, and every detail was thoughtfully considered and very well executed. If you have the time and opportunity to reserve it, you should, as you won’t be disappointed. The expansive view from the terrace is stunning and between the sliding doors and large kitchen window, it almost fully opens into the interior, adding to the already spacious feel. The hilltop location is a bit of a hike to get to on foot, but is within 10 minutes of a subway station, and within five steep uphill minutes of an even more expansive view from a nearby neighborhood plaza. There is a fairly busy neighborhood nearby (5-10 minutes) with all services you need. The owner was very friendly and responsive, and her sister met us on arrival to give us a helpful tour. We had a very enjoyable stay and hope that we might return again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view, day and night, is gorgeous! The apartment is beautiful, clean and fully furnished. The hosts were fantastic! The neighborhood is great. There is a little place across the street where we bought drinks. There are nice grocery stores within a few minute walk. There is a wonderful restaurant, Via Gracia, just 90 meters away. The food was outstanding, the view was fantanstic and the sevice was excellent. Make a reservation if you want the best seats.

This apartment has the most gorgeous view of the city, castle, the river, and Christ the King plus the stunning sunsets. Great care was taken in updating the apartment from the design to the features and appliances plus a well stocked kitchen. The location in the Graca neighborhood (that accounts for the view) has lots of nearby cafés and restaurants. It is located at the top of a hill but we actually enjoyed walking back and forth to town center. Filipa was super responsive prior to and during our stay. With the exception of street noise in the late evening (especially on the weekend) all was perfect and we highly recommend.

Our stay in Filipa's apartment was amazing! The unit was spacious, clean, bright, and the balcony had a killer view. We were close to everything and walking distance to the center square, castle, and 5 minutes to a grocery store. This unit was exceptional and Filipa was a gracious host - attentive and providing lots of tips about the area. She was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Wonderful stay! The apartment is well-located in the Graca neighborhood, perched on a hill above the city center. This means that you are outside the main crush of tourists, but can easily (12 min) walk down to the castle or Rossio. You can also easily catch the 28E tram as it goes right through the neighborhood. The best thing about the location is the VIEW. We sat outside with a glass of wine in the evening, when the breeze cooled things down (August!) and just took in the view for hours. The apartment itself is refinished to a very high standard, with beautiful interior decor. Great air conditioning (again: August!). It suited our family perfectly. We ate out all the time - tons of great little restaurants within a short walk - but you could enjoy cooking in the stylish kitchen. We enjoyed eating at tiny Estamine on Calcada do Monte (5 min walk) - book ahead as they take only a couple bookings per night. The neighborhood was nice and quiet at night. Finally, Ana and Filipa were wonderful to work with, great communication and so welcoming. You can tell they really put a lot of thought and work into this apartment. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in at this property! The hosts were very responsive to our needs, and the home was absolutely gorgeous. It was wonderful waking up each morning to the incredible view, and we enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants and shops. Book this property if you would like an idilic vacation!! We had a wonderful time.

There are several reasons for choosing this apartment. 1. The location: close to Praca da Graca, where it's easy to find a taxi (very cheap in Lisbon). From there is also the tram 28, the most popular among tourists. 2. The apartment is spotless clean. 3. They made a big work with the space design and furniture, which makes thte apartment very confortable. 4. The equipment for cooking is plenty and we enjoied to dine at home almost every evening. 5. A gem of the apartment is the terrace and the view. 6. Fine to have air conditioning in summer. 7. The area is very quiet and there are not noises during the nights. 8. Ana and Filipa are very helpful and answered evry time to our calls and messages.

This was a special trip that will be headlined by the marvelous views, the gentle neighborhood, and the amazing kindness of Phillipa, Ana, and Patricia. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable, supremely safe and quiet, and there’s an authentic restaurant directly across with the sweetest owners. This has to be the Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in.

We absolutely LOVED this apartment. We still cannot get over how beautiful the view of Lisbon was from our terrace. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. Communication with Filipa was great and Ana provided us with a brief tour of the apartment. The only thing that we would recommend to the traveler is that if they are renting a car in Lisbon . . . . Ditch it!! Driving through Lisbon is very stressful and there are transportation options that you can take. Additionally, finding a parking spot near the apartment is difficult and if you are not careful you will end up with a parking ticket as we did (live and learn). All in all, however, we would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Filipa and Ana!!!

The deck was delightful as well. Only complaint (and it’s a small one) is that we were allotted 1 towel each for 4 days. But it was no big deal. We will come back to this place for sure!!

A lovely neighborhood and what a home! Beautifully appointed yet comfortable and cozy. The deck had a beautiful view and was enjoyed day and night. Filipa and her sister were quick to get back to us and we so enjoyed the neighborhood of Graca! Lisbon was lovely! Obrigada!

My wife and I were in Lisbon to prepare for our move there. This property is located a short walk to fantastic shops and cafés. Be warned, Lisbon is the city of 7 hills and this home is on the highest one. Bring a good pair of walking shoes.

The apartment was in a great location and the view from the balcony was stunning. Kitchen was well stocked, the apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, etc. Loved our time in the apartment and exploring Graca. The 28 tram was also easily accessible from the apartment.

This is truly a very special place to stay in Lisbon. Great view from the apartment - great hosts and facilities - we stayed at this place for the second time and surely will come back for more!
