1.Bed sheet has a lot of tiny hair , suspected that the house keeper not changing the linen , get the new linen from the reception cos no housekeeper during night time , the receptionist offer to help but I refuse cos this is not his job so I changed it myself. 2.Cigarette smells in the room. 3. Lots of ants on the table 4. Lots of mosquitoes. 5. Broken hanging rack in the bathroom 6. Broken hand shower.

Room is clean and location is convenient , only no tissue paper provide .

No washing machine provide

with this price, location, room size, bed can't complaint much.

1. 3 flies in the room, perhap this is their house, not willing to leave even i open up the windows. 2. stayed in room 2002, the shower head is wrongly fix on the wall. Only manage to wash my KKB, what is this?? 3. the shower shampoo and body wash is combined in 1 bottle, but it come out as foam, like thos use in toilet...what the hell. how to use?

it’s comfortable but there is no lift.

Toiletries like shampoo and toilet rolls not replenished when we checked in. Request for an additional pillow but was told to pay an additional Rm5, which is ridiculous! Most other hotels have spare pillows in the cupboard .

LOCATION IS LIKE IN CENTER AND TO GO TO MY SITE ITS TAKE 25MIN AND TO NEARBY RESTAURANT, YOU CAN OPTION TO WALKING DISTANCE OR 5-10MIN DRIVE, BEST PART IS THERE ARE PARKING FOR ALL THE CUSTOMERS AND SECURITY SO FAR IS SECURE
