Great location. The chaps were very accommodating, they moved us in to a bigger apartment as we needed a washing machine.

Wonderful location and spacious apartment with all facilities! Great that you get in with a code, and response is quick on whatsapp if anything. Centre of Valencia, a lot of the nice attractions are walking distance. Loved the place.

Location in centre in Ciutat Vella, building layout, most of the furniture, opening French windows, air conditioner. Very helpful receptionists.

Absence of a towel rail in the bathroom and a shelf for soap etc in the shower. The shower ceiling was stained from a leak or damp. The 'wardrobe' (which in fact was a selection of shelves) did not have space long enough for hanging a jacket or shirts. The TV did not work well - poor quality of picture, and physically loose on the wall.

Small cozy apartment in very central location. Has an elevator and required equipment for short stay (iron you will find in bathroom). Property provided 2x0,5l bottles of water on arrival.

Because of the location it is quite noisy even during the night - you would need to close the window. Ventilation fan in bathroom is too noisy. There is not big wall mirror in the flat. Flor is cold (made of stone) - it would be nice if property provide slippers. In addition it would be nice if property provide some tea bags and coffee capsules as welcome gift.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the old town center.

We were three people staying in the apartment and I was sleeping on the pull-out couch which was unfortunately super uncomfortable. Very thin mattress and you could feel the metal beams of the couch in your back. The apartment was furnished exactly like in the pictures but unfortunately what didn’t show in the pictures was that everything was quite run-down. Stains on the sofa, holes in a cushion, chipped wall painting, tarnished mirror… You could tell it isn’t well taken care of. The worst thing though was that the bathroom wasn’t clean. The toilet and shower were clean but the sink definitely had been forgotten to be cleaned and all the tiles and appliances had not been cleaned in many months.

Great location. Good sized room with washing machine, big fridge/freezer etc.

My room 14A had a problem with a smelly shower drain. My guess is when the building was converted someone forgot to put a u-bend in to the plumbing. Which made the bathroom smell bad and the whole room smell bad with the bathroom door open. Other minor quibbles: was cold at night (early March) and there was no extra blanket; and no reception open to leave bag during the day on the day of check-out.

Location was good and the reception by the local staff was also very good. The property was clean and exactly what we required for a 4 night stay. The keyless code solution is very easy to use and the communication between myself and the staff was timely and helpful.

The only thing that I think they could have done which I have seen in many other places is to have a guest "book" which includes things like recommended places to eat, house rules, how public transportation works, a collection of brochures from the local tourist information centre. Also some truly local recommendations i.e. what the locals do and where they eat. Many of the restaurants in the old town are definitely very costly versus what you can find just outside of the old town. They could also perhaps negotiate with a local bar some discounts. But this is only to take it from great to superb.

Location is the best feature of the apartment. Located in the very center of the Old City district, or Ciutat Vella, the apartment represent an excellent base for exploring Valencia. Our apartment included a kitchen and a living area with sofa and a separate bedroom with double, comfy bed. Entrance is provided via code, easy to use. One should be aware that the nearest metro station is more than 1 km away. However, this was not a problem for us. Early check-in was provided, which was very convenient for us. We entered the apartment at 10 a.m. instead of regular check-in time set at 3 p.m.

We had a couple questions send to the hosts via booking messaging system, but were left with no answer. This should be improved. On weekends (Saturday, Sunday) there is nobody at the reception, so there is nobody to provide assistance if needed. Since we had a late night flight, we wanted to leave our luggage at a storage unit and collect it later, prior to our flight, but could not get an information whether this was possible. We had to walk around with our bags on the last day of our stay having in mind that check-out was at 11 a.m.
