Breakfast should be better. We stayed there for 3 weeks but food was always the same and with limited options.

Very very old hotel.

Spacious and friendly staff, handy location to Phrom Phong sky train and Helix food building. Basic breakfast included was good - they know how to make a good omelette.

Building services are a bit noisy in 7101.

Breakfast disappointing, coffee poor quality, same with poor quality of fruit juice, croissants, bread and salad. Even although we had prepaid for 4 breakfasts we were told the buffet (poor quality) was free but for a’la Carte there would be a charge, so our children went to Starbucks for breakfast…

Breakfast was poor standard, using cheapest ingredients ie coffee only lukewarm and very bad quality- could not drink it

location was good

dirty room with dust on the furnitures. smelled like old wood and stale air. dirty kitchenware. everything looked old and dirty and smelly. i was deceived by 8.4 rating. this should be 4. oakwood suites which is right across and costs a bit more is much better value for money! they didnt let me cancel a d get refund so i moved to another hotel anyways and forfeited the money. it was unstayable.

Nice big rooms with included kitchenette and washing machine - very handy!

the location is good, near to many massage outlets, near food options ans 7-Eleven just beside the premise. Safe area to stay in. Near to BTS and Emporium. 2 bedroom apartment is comfortable for family of 4.

Location was good. Service staff were very good. Gave us another room for the night to fix the air-conditioning.

Really slow to make up room. Air-conditioning didn't work, took a day to fix it. Breakfast was really minimal...

Great location, 100 m away from Emporium / EmQuartier high end malls, also 100 m away from MRT station,very well connected. Staff is fabulous, they really treat you like a special guest every time you interact with them. Although the furnishing and design does not represent the latest trends, the hotel is extremely well maintained and super clean. Based on my research at the time one of the best price / value ratio in the area. Well equipped gym, although it is located in the basement, so no fresh air, or view while working out. Very well managed estate, this hotel is going to everything at their power to make your stay more enjoyable.

Net was sluggish at times, but overall stable (free, included in the room price). Breakfast which was (at the time) also included in the room price as free of charge was rather basic, could not eat it more than two days...

The staff is very nice and compliant. Good hospitality.

Best value serviced apartment around Phrompong BTS: spacious unit with comfortable rooms, and very close to BTS station

The location is perfect to go anywhere. Just walking distance to BTS and Department stores. The staffs are helpful and ready to service.

If you bring a car, the staff will bring it to the automatic parking which is not convenient at all. Also, the facility is a bit of old.
