Le bruit certains soir dû à des soirées dans les ball room de l'hôtel. Ce pendant, nous avons été mis dans une autre chambre située plus haut pour éviter ces déagréments à première demande. Les lits doubles sont petits et pas très confortables...

Very noisy wedding on first night with music shaking the windows past 1.00am which caused me a bad first night's sleep.

Gorgeous, clean, and they upgraded our family to a suite.

Everything was perfect.

The rooms we got was very spacious, well furnished and well taken care of. All the usual appliances you would expect were there and there was ample supply of water, coffee, tea and biscuits; we really appreciated the fruit basket and the personalised welcome card. The hotel is quite big and looks very "old british", but it's absolutely not run down and well maintained. The lobby and the winter garden are spectacular. The breakfast buffer offers a very good variety of choices, which can satisfy different tastes and needs. The swimming pool is decently sized and enjoyable; the time limits for kids is a bit of annoying, thou. All the personnel is very kind

Some of the details were a bit below par, considering we are talking about a very good 5* hotel: if the espresso machine is decently located in the dressoir under the huge flat TV (impeding its full visibility to be annoyingly precise), the tea cattle needs to be connected to a plug, that, well, is not available. Either you had to use a plug close to the floor and leave the cattle on the carpet or put it on the business table, where the plug is a bit too far away from it, leaving the cattle is sort of haphazard place. Finally, the furniture is oddly arranged with respect to the TV, which makes it vision a bit uncomfortable.
