Room, breakfast, staff!

Price was a little excessive for one night!

Location to the gig we attended and staff were fantastic

Clean and very well presented room and as we were tired from our delayed flight the 24 hour desk and check in were very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and efficient

We would have enjoyed breakfast but at the extortionate price ( we have eaten lovely breakfasts all around the world) this is probably one of the most expensive prices we have seen so gave it a pass.

We stay here before Holidays and they ok after the car for us, this time it was for a show in the centre of Birmingham

The Bar could stay open longer it was closed when we got back 11:30

Breakfast was good quality but wasnt too great value for money

Had the wrong room size as confirmed with my friends who had the same room size ordered and had a bigger room

On booking let the client know it’s a extra £10 for parking

The police all came as big disruption there , I went there to get away as I’m being stalked , so when seen all police I had to leave it upset me

Room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice - but expensive

Bar closed early We ate in the restaurant in the afternoon. We waited ages to get services. Then 4 meals came out and one of them was wrong) we then had to wait ages again for the remaining meal. We were going for drinks after our meal but in the end we didn't have time as we had to get ready to go out on the evening. Really Poor Service in the restaurant. Maybe fmmmore staff in bar / restaurant as there was more than enough on check in desks standing around.

We only stayed for one night but the availability of parking for the duration of our holiday was very useful. We will certainly stay again next time we fly from Birmingham airport or visit the NEC.

Whilst I appreciate the rooms are being refurbished the room we stayed in was in need of this. The mattress was poor and desperately needs replacing.

Breakfast was good! Location - great. Slightly confused by the entrance, though... Rooms were very clean and loved that we had a bath and some complimentary water.

1. We ate in the restaurant, and the food took a long time to come. And was also luke warm. We didn't ask for them to be heated up purely because it was getting late and we were very hungry.

Great location for NEC etc. Room was great, nice size and clean, as was the bathroom. Stayed here several times now and will do again.

Evening food could be a little better but that’s being a bit picky.

The location was Ideal for my purpose of attending the motorcycle show, the room was comfortable and clean and the facilities very good.

I found the room too hot and the heater controls weren't obvious. The restaurant seemed understaffed and I waited for a very long time for a pudding after my meal.

Not a dislike but I had booked the room through booking.com and paid through booking.com although I booked ,the stay was for my daughters as stated in the booking. I was dissapointed to hear my daughters where challenged when they arrived for breakfast about only having booked 1 breakfast. During the booking process I was not asked the qty of breakfasts and the breakfast was included in my room rate and I stated there where 2 people staying so I expected it meant we would have 2 breakfasts. It made my daughters feel very awkward until it was resolved.

Breakfast was a full continental breakfast with lots of options even dairy free milk options. I was thoroughly impressed. Breakfast area was immaculately clean and spacious.we loved the variety of breakfast pastries!Hotel room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. We loved the eco-friendly bath soap/shampoos. Very comfortable stay!

Breakfast lots of choice nice to see oat milk available. Hot food was hot. Quiet room.

Very comfortable room, cosy, quiet. Great location on a lake and within walking distance of Resorts World, NEC, and Birmingham Airport.

Not all staff were welcoming, although the receptionist was great. We booked a room for 3 but it was only set up for 2 people. Need better signposting to entrance/reception for people arriving on foot from the NEC./Resorts World.
