Wbrew pozorom do hotelu trudno się dostać. Budynek jest widoczny, ale wejście dla pieszych ciężko znaleźć. Nie rozumiem dlaczego hotel wymaga opłaty za podjazd do wejścia samochodem. Drzwi do łazienki nie mają zamka. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo głośno, a wyciszenie pomiędzy pokojami jest słabe - w nocy słychać jak goście w innych pokojach chrapią. W pokoju z sufitu odpadał tynk. Koszt takiego pobytu powinien być co najmniej o połowę niższy. Nie polecę tego miejsca.

Liked the feeling my booking was acknowledged as I walked in to claim my room from reception. Room was very clean t.v was in good working order. The option of room service was certainly good had I have not eaten in restaurant. Comfortable bed and a quiet room which I respect as a woman on my own. Overall, very satisfied will do this again!

Virtually out front of International terminal

Burger and chips from room dining arrived very cold with no salt and not much taste. Was quite expensive too. Waited half an hour to be checked in after been told it would take only 5 minutes. Then no acknowledgment or apology. My shower leaked throughout the bathroom.

Aircon was terrible / none existent. To make it a room for 4 people, just a temporary bed was crammed into the same space.

Closeness to airport. Bar was fab.

We had a shower that did not drain, a hairdryer that did not work and a door to the room we could not open ( same thing happened last stay). Also we could not contact reception via phone due to it having a constant engaged tone, this meant any complaint we had to go to reception personally to report.
