Good location

All the staff we encountered we lovely and willing to help if we had questions or needed anything. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our room was very comfortable - we were only there one night. We have been before and everyone was fabulous then too, hence we booked the JetPark for this trip.

The bed for my husband and I was probably a tad small, but then he is rather tall.

As there were 3 of us over seventy years old would have been nice to have 3 single beds in our room instead of 2 double beds

The swimming pool isn't a heated pool which was disappointing. Hot tub looks not clean. The heat pump working too well, despite we already adjusted, it was just too warm and we were sweating through the night.

The room was clean and the staffs were friendly and helpful.

The same breakfast everyday.

We are from Christchurch. My son forgot his toy and hotel charge us $50 to do the courier.

Close enough to the centre of town to walk everywhere but not affected by the noise and bustle of being in the hub.

Constant problems with the key not working, this happened just about ever time we went out, when we got back one of our door cards didn’t work.

Great location for town. Staff were very helpful.

Clean and welcoming and with a decent continental breakfast

The staff were very welcoming and friendly advising us of what’s going on in the area and where is best to visit. Rooms are clean and tidy and extremely comfortable. The location is close to everything and bus stop outside the door with the number 10 bus to the airport. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
