The location is good. Very good mattress. Very helpful and polite staff.

The hotel is old and it seems it hasn’t been renovated for a while. Breakfast is of basic to poor quality, and there is a cue in order to enter in the morning. Not very clean neither. In addition, there is no lounge area to hang out, other than just 2-3 couches and a few armchairs. In general, it’s a hotel that because it’s old and accommodates so many tourists every day, it can offer very limited quality.

Location is close to the Eifel tower and other landmarks. The hotel looks pleasant. The staff in the hotel was polite and helpful and responded quick to questions. The room was quiet, there is sound insulation from the outside but not from the inside of the hotel. My partner is a light sleeper and noise from the busy outside didn't bother her sleep.

Soundproofing between rooms is lacking. You can hear people entering and leaving adjacent rooms like it's your room. The soap dispenser was empty, our clean towels had stains (cosmetics I hope?). The room looks "tired" with high wear and tear signs and could be cleaned better - stains on the ceiling, spider webs in corners, a bug dangling from the ceiling, doors that take some effort closing etc. A more thorough cleaning will greatly improve the experience and not drag so much attention to the age of the building.

For os var beliggenheden perfekt. Det var et flot og rent hotel, hvor det hele kørte godt. Vi fik også hurtig hjælp til at printe fodbold billetter 👍

Morgenmaden var ikke dårlig, men levede heller ikke op til resten af hotellets standard. Sengen kunne også have været lidt bedre, men det er jo objektivt

No free WiFi. Banging noises late at night. Bedsheets feel like cardboard. Had to walk down the stairs due to lifts not showing up (waited over 10 minutes on occasions). No mini bar in room which was a shame. Rooms were too warm and no fresh air in room.

No me gustó nada en absoluto

Según el anuncio indican que el lugar es para cuatro personas, pero realmente es sólo para dos, ya que la segunda cama que es un sofá cama, es completamente incómodo y con el colchón desgastado, por lo cual terminas con dolor de espalda, además las fotografías no corresponden exactamente con lo que te encuentras al llegar, Las fotografías son únicamente de un departamento modelo, pero no es exactamente lo que te encuentras cuánto llegas, pero lo más grave fue que para hacer el checking me pidieron que suba fotografías de mis documentos personales a Internet, lo cual es muy poco común y altamente peligroso por las estafas que se dan a través de Internet, además me indicaron que si no completaba el formulario en línea simplemente no me daban las llaves del departamento, yo les pedí que entonces realicen una cancelación y me devuelvan el dinero y me dijeron que tampoco podían devolverme ya que la penalización es del 100%, hablé con Soporte directo de Booking y la respuesta de la empresa de hospedaje fue que la policía de Valencia solicitaba registro de viajeros, indagué al respecto y la policía de Valencia nunca te pide fotografías de documentos personales, finalmente tuve que llenar el formulario, si bien es cierto no subí fotografías de mis documentos, si me pidieron una extensa información mía y de mi familia, no solamente datos personales sino inclusive medio de transporte en el cual iba a llegar, lugar al que iba a ir después de mi hospedaje y hasta los números de vuelo, hay que tener mucho cuidado ya que con toda esta información entregada vía Internet se puede prestar para muchas cosas.
