Electricity and water not working .. going up and down with phones flash. However management was kind enough to shift me to the nearby le Meridien.

The AIRCONDITION was loud and dry , the lounge atmosphere was not good, poor lighting, the AC has problem , the cake was dry and not fresh

the location is not near any convenient public transportation. The breakfast is really very good variety wise and quality. the bed is really comfy.

its super old building and I have booked for normal room but they said we have to upgrade you to villas which was the oldest building I ever saw, and absolutely dirty uncomfortable. super old and dirty all furniture from many years ago the bed wasn’t comfortable at all.
