Heerlijk hotel in een heerlijke stad. Genoten.

We hadden een heerlijke ruime kamer. Licht en schoon. Prima bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel en perfecte locatie. Deden alles lopend.

Enige minpuntje was het ontbijt. Heel onhandig ingericht waardoor je elkaar steeds in de weg loopt. Heet water voor thee komt uit de koffiemachine en daar drupt dan koffie in. Niet heel erg maar..dat zou niet moeten. Stukken fruit ongesneden of nog schoon te maken of niet helemaal rijp waardoor je het niet snel neemt Personeel wel heel behulpzaam en ruimt alles meteen op.

Frühstück nur durchschnittlich (Kaffee schlecht) und Frühstücksraum fensterlos, eng und ungemütlich. Besser auswärts frühstücken.

Localización próxima al centro, al transporte público y las estaciones. Instalaciones modernas, Habtación en general bien equipada, Minibar en servicio.

La cama doble algo estrecha, armario sin puertas, pocos enchufes, cafetera sin reposición diaria.

Очень хорошее месторасположение, практически в центре города

Номер небольшой, санузел устроен странно и неудобно. Человек находящийся в комнате, отчетливо слышит всё что делает другой, находящийся в санузле, это мне не понравилось. Плохая шумо изоляция, слышно всех соседей, а также всё что происходит на улице

Fantastic location and lovely hotel. Great Staff

Fantastic staff and the location near to the city centre and both main train stations was great. Lovely room and great buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!

3 giorni a Valencia

Struttura in posizione centrale e strategica per visitare comodamente a piedi la città (inoltre a 5 minuti dalla fermata metro che arriva dall'aeroporto). Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e varia sia con proposte dolci che salate. La camera molto ampia, silenziosa con bagno grande.

Migliorare sia la potenza che la velocità WiFi.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in toller Lage

Hotel in sehr guter ruhiger Lage. Nahe zur Altstadt und zur Metrostation gelegen. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gut. Zimmer und Bad waren neu renoviert. Diverse Kosmetikartikel wurden vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Minibar war vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Frühstücksraum ist ohne Tageslicht und das Frühstück eher mittelmäßig. Daher würde ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt das Hotel ohne Frühstück buchen und stattdessen in einem netten Café in der Nähe frühstücken.

I can’t believe this is rated as a four star hotel

The position was good

The room was is a separate building. Air conditioning could be directed and I had to sleep with it on my face: asked staff to intervene for the second night, but replied they had no chance le during the weekend. Gym was closed. Breakfast was bad. I can’t believe this is rated as a four star hotel

The proximity to the center of the city , train stations and caffe shops.

Clean, lots of toilet treat supplies, acomodación for a 3rd person, decent rooms and friendly staff.

Excellent place to stay couple of nights for a big family travelling by car

Location and garage parking near by. We could fit our family mini-van (maybe worth removing top antenna though). Breakfasts were great, full of options making you full before going for a whole day trip to the centre. Friendly staff at reception, clean rooms!

Great location in the city centre, clean room with comfortable and good size beds. A bit pricey for what you get.

Poor air con, extractor fan in bathroom does not come on so adds to the heat in the bedroom, no price list for minibar and safe was locked on arrival so had to wait for maintenance to reset it.

Newly renovated hotel in the heart of Valencia

new part of the hotel was obviously recently built/renovated and modernity appointed - this was well done and tasteful. The hotel breakfast was good with many options. hotel was well located near different neighbourhoods for food and tourist attractions

Property was located down a small alley that seemed a bit sinister and gross (rubbish bins and strong urine smells)

Comfort in a great location.

The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and the free toiletries were nice. It was located nearby public transportation and restaurants and stores.

My room did not have a window.

Breakfast was good . The doors were squeaking but were fixed upon request. . Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Perfect location, walking distance from all attractions.

Internet worked only the first night, never again.The cappuccino in both Coffe makers was weird, not really coffee, more chocolate than coffee.There was hammering early morning in the room above the first day which woke us up.
