Great room, clean and tidy, quiet
Staff cancelled our room card while we were out for a coffee even though we still had an hour to check out! When I went to the desk for help I was told well what do you expect it’s almost check out time, I thought this was a very poor attitude and was furious to hear it!

Location.
Dear Radisson BLU Leeds Managment,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. As a first-time visitor to Leeds, I had high expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, my stay fell far short of that.
Firstly, I was dismayed by the lack of vegetarian choices available at breakfast. In this day and age, I expect hotels to cater to various dietary requirements, yet I found the options severely limited. Additionally, despite being a standard breakfast item, I was informed that poached eggs were not available, which further restricted my meal choices.
Furthermore, the noise level in our family room was intolerable. Despite booking what was supposed to be a tranquil space for my family, we were constantly disturbed by the loud and offensive language of drunk individuals outside our windows. This not only disrupted our sleep but also created an uncomfortable environment for my family.
To add to our discomfort, the sofa bed provided for my children was of extremely poor quality. The springs were so uncomfortable that they ended up causing back pain for my children, which greatly detracted from their overall experience, ultimately resulting in my wofe and I swapping beds over.
Moreover, I must express my disappointment with the lack of assistance from your check-in staff. Their unhelpful demeanor only added to the frustration of an already disappointing stay.
Considering the exorbitant price of £300 per night, I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation. As a hotel that markets itself as upmarket, this experience was a poor reflection of your brand and left a lasting negative impression on my first visit to Leeds.
I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Good location.
Evening reception staff were not quite as warm and inviting as you might expect/like. A better discount on parking would better.

Nice modern clean hotel
The breakfast wasn’t very good grey looking sausages and not a lot of choice

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable with good in-room facilities. The location was great, close to the arena, shops and restaurants. Car parking facilities directly next to the hotel was a real bonus.
Over our one night stay we found nothing to our unliking.

The room was big, bed very comfortable and very clean!
Not much lighting in the room; used my phone torch in the morning as the vanity hadn’t any lighting which was odd.
They don’t tell you when you check in, the building they are located in will all close and no heads up to where the main entrance was. We called and no one answered for a while.
No signage or heads up that you use your room key to use the lift.
These things can easily be fixed if we were given any information upon check in.

Loved the room and my birthday package
The shower was unusable as the shower head was too chunky kept lowering from the bracket. There was no shower height one in the bath to shower. Really disappointed for a superior room not to have a coffee machine just a kettle. We arrived at the hotel for 2-30, one of the polite staff spoke to his colleague then his manager who said the room was not ready. Why three people to make a decision shocking. One of the lifts broke down and there was damage to one of the units was damaged chipped.

Always warm reception,
Location is superb
Check in is from 3pm. At 2.50 we approached reception to ask about checking in, and were told no rooms were available. We were not asked to wait a few mins. Eventually we decided to come back much later. Shower in our room was poor. Low pressure and very unpredictable for temperature. Very hot then cold. We reported it but as this was noticed late night it was too late for it to be fixed until after we left.

I have stayed a few times at this hotel and it is very conveniently located in the centre with the use of an adjacent car park which is well maintained and secure. We were upgraded to a superior room which was spacious and very comfortable. Our son was also upgraded to a Premium - worried he's spoiled...
There were quite a lot of small moths (clothes moths ?) in the room. I think breakfast is too expensive at £17.95 so we eat out.

Lovely reception, rooms spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom clean: bath and shower. Check out being at 12
Staff were not helpful about the discounted price parking at the light. Staff said I needed to do it online however on departure q-park staff said Hotel can do it and it doesn’t need to be pre booked.

The building itself is stunning and in a perfect location. Lovely hotel and the room was spacious, modern and the bed itself was comfortable.
I noticed a stain on the ceiling that I could see from the bed, it did look off putting but chose to ignore it. There was a hair (not mine) on the pillow, chose to ignore it. Hairs (not mine) in the bathroom. For me it was the roadworks/ building noises constantly throughout the night that really spoilt the stay. I could have ignored the other factors if I was able to sleep but was constantly woken up every time I drifted off. The TV didn’t work so I couldn’t put that on to drown out the noise. I chose to come for a night away due to having a tough time at home and stress with work. This was not the relaxing night I had planned. I did speak with someone in the morning, mentioned my lack of sleep but non of then other details. I was told half of my stay would be refunded due to the inconvenience but it sadly has not.
