My favorite thing about my stay here was hands down Đức (David), the hotel manager and operator. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond in helping me feel like I was at home. I would totally go back and book this hotel again, just for him!

The staff were amazing and were happy to help with everything inc our very heavy bags! The main hotel man was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended some great places for us to visit attraction and places to eat/drink. Our room was spacious and clean and location was spot on M, you are so code to beer street but are unable to hear a thing from the hotel which is great. I would recommend!
Nothing really, be mindful if you have mobility issues that there isn’t a lift so not ideal if your on the 5th floor, we didn’t mind the walk as it was good exercise!

The host was very friendly and helpfull. Room had aircon and shower was hot. We could also leave our bags while on a 2 day trekking in sapa.

a little pricey for our budget but totally worth it , staff was always there to help. rooms are very clean and comfortable. really silent even when the location is less than 1 block away from walking street. yummy breakfast . awesome location .
they don’t have an elevator but always help you with your bags so no problem there . awesome stay .

it’s was really clean, the service was excellent and despite the localisation (right in the old quarter) it was really quiet. the price was attractive, and we did not expect so much care and quality. We have spent 3 nights there and the staff treated us really nicely. I recommend the hotel a 100%.
maybe a bigger bathroom but we were happy with the one we had. for the price, it was above expectation.

Great location in old quarter but in quiet lane.
The shower flooded every single time I used it. Also, the hotel advertises a lift but it doesn't have one! Lucky there was a low floor room avail as I can't climb stairs on bad knee. Aircon was hardly working with weak air - room is too warm.

Great staff and great location. Comfy bed and nice warm shower.
We were checked into one room but the floor was dirty so we were moved to another. The water sometimes came out the shower and made the floor wet. The toilet roll wasn’t replaced once used.

the location nearby the most happening street in Hanoi is great. but still it is not too near that the sound will disturb you at night. the staff were helpful during my stay.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Ms Huong helped us alot during our stay, arranged for our Ha Long cruise and buses. The boy at the reception also helped to carry our baggages, we’re thankful

WONDERFUL HOTEL. The location, the room, the staff, your money is obviously worth it there. It's located right into the middle of Hanoi within walkable distance of everything. The room is super clean and has everything that you may require. Most importantly the staff is ready to put that extra work for you, they are super friendly !
