The staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak English, which is still quite rare in Shenzhen. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient if you come for sightseeing with most attractions parks at walking distance, and pleasant places worth to visit nearby (OCT Loft, OCT Bay, Nantou, Shekou...). They have a nice and large indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

Breakfast was attractive with a good variety of products, but everything was a bit dry... Probably because they start at 6.30 until 10.30 which leads "late eaters" to get the food that has been on display for a while. Also as a western family, we are not great fans of the kitsch "venitian" decoration !!

Perfect located just next to the MRT station & a shopping mall, easy to reach from any port when arriving in Shenzhen, our room was upgraded to the next level with a nice wide-view, the room is big, clean, stylish decor & a heavenly bed that is over my expectation, overlook the Window of The World as well as the South China Sea at our own balcony, swimming in the comfy huge pool is the next relaxing moment, real holiday experience. Thanks for the helpful & friendly staffs especially the one who work at the front desk. Breakfast with plenty of delicious varieties in Chinese & western styles which made our morning a good start. Coffee is not only ordinary, you may ask for your own taste at the coffee bar, salute to Indigo. If you are a dim sum fan, don't miss the chance to visit the in-house Chinese restaurant, you must be surprised with the dishes. We'll be back soon!

We should say none, but the only comment is ...... if a set of outdoor table & chairs can be arranged at the balcony, that will be much perfect to enjoy the room.

The hotel follows the Venice theme through. As a European, it made me miss Venice and Europe. It is truly beautiful and a great place to celebrate an occasion with a small group of people.

The communication between Booking.com and the hotel could be better. I had breakfast on the list when I booked the hotel but the reception did not know anything about that.

My room was nice, the view was amazing and the food was very good! The staff was pleasant!

The WiFi in my room was horrible and could not hold a signal. Also, the air conditioner is controlled by the hotel so you could not make the room colder if you personally wanted too, even after I complained about this as well. Additionally, one of the restaurants was closed, so their only dining options were all for Big Families and when I tried to order Room Service many things they listed on their room service menu they did not have!
