Our flight to Auckland was cancelled at the last minute and we had to find lodging. Amalfi Motor Lodge was the one we selected. There were minor glitches with their computerized reservation system, but the stay was pleasant. Would recommend as a place convenient to the Christchurch airport.

The lady at reception was very nice Room was perfect for what we needed

The desk clerk took the time to familiarize me with Christchurch and answered my questions about using the city bus.

Great location , close to town but far enough away to be a bit more quiet .. awesome hosts , polite , friendly , knowledgeable. Comfy beds and crisp feeling sheets . I know it's a little thing but real milk and salt in the room ... brilliant
