Very beautiful and nicely decorated rooms , The front desk person was very courteous and kind , we even got an upgrade to our room which was amazing and we extended our stay to one more day Walking down France to restaurants and scenic places , recommend highly

Convenient location very near the centre.

A little outdated bathroom.

The room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Very good shower pressure although the floor was a little slippery.

路面電車の駅舎のような建物で、電車好きにはたまらないロケーション。町に中心地にあり、レストランなどが軒を並べるNew Regent Street Precinctもすぐ近く、地震被害から復興中のChristchurch Cathedralyやショッピング街も徒歩圏内。

Great communication prior to arrival. Good location for my needs. Friendly staff who explained entry/exit time frames very well. Had umbrella for me to borrow when poured down!

The door to the bathroom when opening was a little difficult given the hallway entrance space and had to be closed when not in use.

Great location and the staff were so accommodating

We had a decent sized room with a comfy bed and great shower. Hotel was nicely positioned and luggage storage was handy.

The room was on a stairway and yes, people were looking in at us. Blackout curtains had to be drawn for privacy. There was no way to empty the coffee pot and I don't like leaving dirty dishes for someone else.

Basic clean and modern room. Parking downstairs for a fee was useful. Good if you want somewhere to sleep and then get out into Christchurch on foot. Shops below are useful - café for breakfast at the door, Japanese restaurant, bottle shop, convenience store, Tram goes underneath the hotel - surprising the first time you hear it but not a problem as it stops by 8.30pm and rarely passes through. Toaster and microwave in a common area with seats. Staff were attentive.

I personally prefer a flatter pillow but the trend these days is to make them as high as possible. Of the four pillow, maybe provide some options.

Room was a good size with 2 comfortable lounge chairs, bed and pillows very comfortable, good quiet air conditioning unit, lovely to have a heater in the bathroom. Good sized desk for working. Liked the mini kitchen communal area.

Great staff and decor was awesome. Really like the swipe card access to get in. Great location to town and a must to wonder down New Regent st. Stop for a drink, something to eat or even straight to dessert.

The bed was rock hard!

Great location 2 minute walk to event centre/bars/cafes. Great security swipe access at main doors during day as well.

Fill jug up from bathroom but thats pretty standard.

The quirky décor, my gorgeous room and friendly staff on desk. This is not a cookie cutter hotel room.
