The location
As one of Four Seasons Hotel I expected more. Most of the staff barely speaks English. I struggle to order something.The room service was not tasty at all.

perfect location
i was surprised, but it was suuuuuuper poor breakfast and super strange stuff. Level of service at breakfast surprised me😢 (like a 4 star hotel)

Everything!!! but with the exception of the Internal Design.. it was too Bland and Dark!

It is a very nice experience for me.
Some people do not put on a cap in the swimming pool.
But staffs did not guide them.
