Paid for parking for 2 nights and thought m car would be secure. IT WAS STOLEN AND WE HAD TO GET SEVERAL TRAINS TO GT HOME.

Buen hotel para quedarse cerca de Londres con niños. La estación de tren DLR está al lado literalmente, al salir del hotel, y se llega muy cómodamente a la torre de Londres. Desde ahí ya te puedes mover donde quieras. La habitación cómoda y limpia. El baño perfecto, grande. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama eran cómodos. El desayuno perfecto, variedad y de calidad bien. El personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

No hubo nada que no me gustara. Simplemente cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba lista para 4 personas, pero lo solucionaron rápidamente.

Net hotel , maar het meest positieve was toch wel echt het personeel! Super vriendelijk en hebben ontzettend geholpen met een verjaardag! Ook de dames van het ontbijt waren super aardig en behulpzaam

Ideal location for working at the Bricklane Music Hall. Great access to the rail line. Even though near the airport you don’t get disturbed by noice.

My fault but the early closing time of the restaurant. I realise that it probably wouldn’t have many clientele as most people would be out for the day. It’s just the there isn’t anywhere near to find food without having to go to Tesco for something cold

Hotel bardzo fajny, śniadania typowo angielskie - generalnie średnie, bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, wieczorem można zjeść kolacje i posiedzieć w holu, stacja kolejki przy hotelu. W niedużej odległości atrakcja - punkt Greenwich.

Trzeba się liczyć z faktem, że do centrum Londynu jest daleko, oczywiście transport jest super , ale potrzeba więcej czasu na dojazd.

Good location with good transport link. Room is on the smaller side, but fine for an 'Express' Hotel. Breakfast was varied, but would appreciate some more vegetarian options.

Zajtrk je preveč enoličen. manjka kakšen namaz, kot je marmelada, ali sirni namaz. Mogoče ne bi bilo slabo, da bi bila zraven še kakšna salama.

Lokacija je preveč odmaknjena. Zajtrk je zelo enoličen. Osebje pa čudovito.

Les chambres sont très petites, le sofa bed est inconfortable, le ménage dans la chambre est fait sommairement, le petit déjeuner est industriel et pas assez de choix

Alles. Es war sehr sauber, Größe des Zimmer war sehr angenehm. Frühstück war ausreichend, sehr lecker und für jeden was dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder

L’hôtel était correcte propre mise à part la bouloir qui était sale. Le petit déjeuner est très bien je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs à ce sujet.

La nourriture du restaurant est juste immonde, il n’y avait même pas une bouteille d’eau dans les chambres à notre arrivée. La télé ne fonctionnait pas du tout (écran noir) ils n’ont rien fait malgré notre demande. La douche était bloquée à 40 degrés. L’hôtel est très éloignée du centre et il se situe juste en face de l’aéroport ce qui peut parfois être bruyant. Ça vaut ce que ça vaut…

The room was a really good size and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The snack/drink vending machine would benefit from being both cash and card, when the bar is closed, we were unable to get a drink because we didn't have change.

Location was useful for City Airport. Room decor was well maintained and well appointed

The meal was terrible. I had the ribs and when they came I concluded the pig had died of malnutrition there was so little meat on them. I complained and the staff (who reacted well) brought a replacement serving.... which was nearly as bad. You can get better ribs from Lidl, so why on earth they can justify nearly £17 is a mystery. The breakfast was generally cold. Cold plates, cold bacon, tepid scrambled egg.

Nähe zum LCY airport (Flug wurde storniert und ich musste in London übernachten) Sehr bequemes Bett. Großes Zimmer. Sehr ruhig.

Keine Frischluft , da das Fenster sich nicht mal ne Handbreit öffnen ließ. Leider war kurz vorher gestrichen worden, so dass es noch etwas nach Farbe roch. Kein Shuttle Service zum Flughafen Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut (nur Rührei - aus der Packung - mit wabbeligem bacon und baked beans, toast, croissants und Marmelade. Ein bisschen Obst - kein Käse, Müsli oder herzhafter Brotaufstrich. Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Ok aber lieblos und qualitativ nicht besonders. Die Croissants waren gut.

Top Lage, DLR in drei Minuten zu erreichen, Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Zimmer ausreichend groß

Das Frühstück war leider ohne Käse und Wurst, Ansonsten aber okay.

O hotel é perto da estação Albert Royal, então facilita bastante para quem vai se locomover por este meio de transporte, caminhando da estação até o hotel dá uns 5 minutos talvez até menos. O café da manhã é excelente, muitas opções, gostei bastante. O quarto confortável, amplo. Recomendo
