The ambiance is great inside out. The corner room does give you an awesome sunset view right from the room. That bathtub right by the window is awesome too. The breakfast is impressive. The staffers have been willing to help.

It can be quite far from the metro. A swimming cap is required for pool usage. There could be language barriers.

Великолепное обслуживание со стороны персонала отеля. Они старались учесть все мои пожелания. Мне не понравился мой номер, и мне поменяли комнату на угловой номер. Особенно хочу отметить менеджера ресторана на завтраке - я спросил есть ли холодный лосось, он ответил что он не представлен на выбор. И тут же принес лично нам тарелку лосося. Я бы назвал это сервисом превосходящим ожидания. В остальном все отлично - локация, убранство номера, чистота.

The elevator. We have to go to 42 floor. Than change to any other elevator.

The happy hour on the executive floor could have started a little earlier.

Staff are friendly. The switch with label is very helpful.

Sink is not very user friendly

New, clean, the blinds are very dark and can cover all the lights.

Lobby is a sky lobby, needs more directions for guests or gets quite confusing.
