Amazing communication! Our host showed us everything personally and helped us check in. Super friendly! Communication is easy via WhatsApp, parking is very close to the Villa and safely protected by camera. Breakfast was cooked fresh and the coffee was delicious. It is just a short 10ish minute walk to the city but there are several restaurants and a super market in close proximity.

The room is a little dark with only a small window, but set in a historic house so that is to be expected. It was a little noisy in the morning.

The owner was waiting for us to assist with the check in. Very concerned with our comfort

There are 3 flights of stairs which moght be a problem for some. Sturdy hand rails all the way

Very helpful and friendly hosts, excellent location with easy access to central old city, wow, such beauty! Parking was well organized, just a couple hundred meters away but very safe (the location is only accessible on foot). I missed the response from the hotel with coordinates, so took a little time to find the place - entirely my own fault but good to keep in mind if you arrive by car. Room very nicely appointed and absolutely sufficient, good wifi, great breakfast and helpful info provided. Highly recommended!

The location was great only 5-10 minutes walk to the old town. Breakfast was superb with lots to choose from. Room was very clean and all as described.

Room was nice. Great bathroom. Overall very clean. Location was good. Dinner at the restaurant was great but complimentary breakfast was "fair". Upon arrival refreshments were left outside the front door as a nice touch, however, bottles were presented empty or near empty and never refilled throughout our stay.

Parking was blocks away with hills and parking spot was very tight and difficult to maneuver - owner's home who provides this spot to Villa Des became upset with the owner of our car when we had mechanical problems delaying our departure by about an hour.

Good, location 5 min walk from the centre. Breakfast in the bar downstairs was very good. Room was not to big but fine, shower was fine and beds where good.

Wonderful stay here and could not have asked for a better room. Room was immaculate with great facilities, breakfast was super and staff were just brilliant too. Thanks for making my trip to Split that bit more special. Hopefully will return one day.

I can only tell good. The host was very friendly and helpful. The welcome was very warm and open minded. Breakfast is served in a small Konoba/Restaurant in the basement. Very good choice of fresh bread, cheese, meat, local specialties, pancakes and even omlet and eggs on request. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Looovely staff aswell. Short and easy 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Rivera/old town. We will absolutely recommend this place to everyone coming to split!!! 10 out of 10! Thanks for everything!

Is with great pleasure that I give the highest rating to Villa Desideria. The facility is located in a quiet district, close to the important attractions of Split (a quiet walk along Radunice street), clean, everything you need in the room. And the host (Zeljka, thank you) extremely helpful. One more word about breakfast, well, breakfast is on the lowest floor of the facility. Very good breakfast. And the hosts are very friendly and helpful at breakfast (Boris & c.o. thank you)

Everything was exceptional, location is really good and the apartment is supercute, has everything that you need. Breakfast is in the hotel next door and it's really tasty and diverse.
