Location is nice and very big Apartment
The card for entrance sometimes didn't working

The location is very good, near to downtown and the train station. Also, there's grocery store in the same building as well as a cafe. The staff were super friendly and very helpful to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I like that the building is accessible to only those who live in it.
There was no toilet amenity kit. Also, no napkins in the unit only toilet tissue was provided. However, it is manageable

Staff was really accomodating with check-in and checkout time
The 60 ringgit cleaning fee is a rip off. I didn't noticed when I booked. You can find cheaper and better apartments in the same building for less The apartment is a little worn out. The couch is old. on the building in general the swimming pool is tiny and water is cold. Also the access card does not work well and it's super annoying. You only get one card and to go in and out you have to pass each other the card.

The suite view is KLCC and saloma Bridge. . suitable for family and can fit 10 adults 3 kids The suite also near to Kampung Baru which has many restaurants and street food.

Room as advertised, small but functional studio with small balcony. Bathroom was small but ok. All very clean. Great for a couple of days.

- balcony is in the 2nd room, not master bedroom or living room
- 2nd bedroom dont have lock, should repair it before cust arrive

The hotel does not have a reception. You have to wait in the lobby for a while for someone to come.
I saw a big cockroach in the room!!!!
The beds I stayed in were in the form of capsules. I couldn't sleep because of the sound of the bed upstairs.
!!!! There was also only one toilet and it was wet every minute. It smelled very bad. The whole room smelled of toilet!!!!!
They charge a lot of money and provide terrible service.

The location is good. Accessible to public transport The host and her staff are helpful and the check in and check out went smoothly. Parking lot available with payment. The apartment is cozy with two bedrooms which can fit 5 adults comfortably.
