The apartment was in a perfect location! Transport right on the doorstep. Shops not too far away atall. The host gave us a courtesy call which was lovely. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, even a few essential items. Even toothbrush's which was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Felt very secure excellent door locks.

Very nice apartment, even without turning on air condition all the time it was pleasant in August, location is great- city center just around the corner, supermarket etc as well, bus metro in front and all you want to see in Valencia is reachable by foot or public transport easily (even the beaches) and we were with 3 children and a stroller. The staff responds extremely fast and friendly, very good communication and showed us everything at the arrival with the electronic key. It was very clean and comfortable staying with 2 children and a baby, even though it's near a metro and bigger street it's extremely silent in the night. We would like to come back!

Great value for money and a very good starting place to explore Valencia, also during Fallas de Valencia. Everything you need is already present in the apartment. The electronic locks on the main entrance door and from the apt itself work flawlessly.

Could do with a better floor. The laminate flooring is coming off in the bedroom.

Very good location in the city centre

- Good location, quiet neighborhood, tram, bus nearby, supermarket 7 minutes away. -Silent, strong AC, good wifi, good equipped kitchen, comfy bed - We felt cosy, and safe, almost like home - Only online communication with the hosts/agency, it went smoothly

- You need to pay 250 Euro depositum by bank transfer, after your booking is confirmed!! You are getting back this amount after checking out, also via bank (5-7 days). Due to exchange rates,you can lose here between 20-50 euros! - The day before arrival we were informed in email that the keys need to be picked up from a totally different address, which with two luggages, 35 C outside was an extra burden. - The floors are swept up and washed, but seemed to us that a vacuum cleaner has never been used.Due to that is full of sand from previous guests, even de sofa in the living-room.A comprehensive vacuuming is essential!!

It was a big and quiet appartment, very near the tramway and near the city.

The apartment was large clean fully equipped directly in front of the tram stop. Air conditioning.

As with many apartments, collecting the key is not extremely easy. In this case we had multiple phone calls and some delays.
