The property was in a very convenient location and the host was great. Very responsive and accommodating. if you want a place that is in the heart of the action this is it. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable with a couple things to know. There is no air conditioning and sleeping with the windows open is impossible given the activity outside. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a popular funicular which isn’t an issue but draws a crowd. These are not complaints but things you should know. We enjoyed our time at this property and the city of Lisbon is wonderful.

A new fan is needed otherwise all was good.

We had a bit of trouble getting the door open but once we got the knack, we were able to work it effortlessly.

The wardrobe in the smaller bedroom is a health and safety hazard. It almost fell on me when I first opened it. A child or a less vigilant adult could have been badly hurt. We did not use it. It needs securing to the wall.

Location of the property is excellent. Be warned - area is lovely and noisey. Would suit younger travellers.

There is no welcome book/note for the apartment. No way to understand how WiFi works or where local facilities are. Would be a nicer touch to welcome guests

Property is well equipped and in a central location. However it is in a very busy part and very noisy at night. Windows have to be closed to sleep. Access to the apartment is by keypad which is great as you don’t need to worry about keys. There is a mini market right next door which is very handy.

Noise level and bathroom could do with a refurb.
