Rooms are a little small, but you get what you pay for and good location.

地點靠近地鐵站和便利店最方便；步行3-4分鐘就有大型商場和購物飲食街， 門外有烤肉店很棒。 沖涼房雖小但淋浴熱水很足夠，衛生也很好。 如果一個人住或者情侶（不怕擠的）適合入住。

房間內實在小得可憐。 雙人床房的床是單人床寬約5cm，；不知道兩個成人人怎麼睡的； 房間沒有地方打開任何尺寸行李箱，只能在床上打開拿出來物品再把行李箱拿下才有地方睡覺。 建議不要帶中大尺寸行李箱，不然要放在寄托行李處了。 另外工作人員雖然有禮貌，但英文和中文近乎0， 很難溝通。 入住期間遇上鄰近地區地震，希望向酒店了解更多關於防備措施及安全問題，解釋了10分鐘，服務人員都不明白我們再問什麼。 原來日本四星級酒店就是中國的賓館級或者連鎖時鐘酒店級別。

Convenient location right by the metro and lots of restaurants. Very clean and good price for the location.

Room was really small and difficult to maneuver, even as just a solo traveler. Also found it frustrating that staff are so strict on towels. I asked for one extra hand towel and was told there was a charge for it which seemed a little excessive. Also there is not daily housekeeping as was indicated in the description at time of booking, housekeeping is every 3 days. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know up front.

The location was ok but did not make up for this poor hotel.

Almost everything, 6 out of the first 8 photos advertise their rooftop bar but it does NOT look anything like this!! Booked this hotel for how amazing the rooftop bar is portrayed got there on a Sunday only to be told it is closed and has only just started closing on Sundays in November (yet no advertisement of this anywhere). They then said the rooftop is independently owned and they have no control over it yet they use it as the primary marketing tool. When we spoke to the staff and asked for a refund, as it was not what we booked they left us standing there for almost an hour late at night, turned out they weren’t even trying to compensate in anyway, they were doing something else, went to the back had a giggle (I could hear them clearly) came back said nothing and it wasn’t until I approached them again that they said they weren’t doing anything about the refund. All they did was waste an entire night of our holiday. If you have more than one piece of luggage it is almost impossible to stay in their rooms, if you open a suitcase you cannot walk around it and would literally need to jump over it. Basic amenities are not taken to your room, you need to collect them yourself from the reception area which is completely ridiculous and again what the reception area is portrayed in photos is completely different in person! Would not recommend staying here and would avoid this place entirely, it is not worth even the smallest amount of money. Luckily we found a last minute booking elsewhere and left this poor hotel as soon as we could.

Location, a good range of free amenities for the night.

Extremely small rooms. Listed as double on booking but listed as single room on the hotel’s leaflet, weird. Staff didn’t changed mugs, didn’t clean the bins, didn’t make the beds at all for the room to look more decent on daily basis. Trash and towels must be left outside the room, on the floor in the communal corridor which I find to be an extremely bad solution for a hotel which claims to be 4 stars on booking. Definitely not recommended.
