The property exceeded our expectation, its very clean and spacious.
A bottle of water would be helpful as most of the guest came from long travel.

Maricel was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions. The unit was very clean, aside from some dusty shelves in the bedroom. Location is close to a lot of amenities.
The building has cockroaches. There is no clothes dryer and the provided drying rack was broken.

Didn’t like the reception bugging us with “which room are you checked into?” every time we enter and leave the premises - very annoying!

The entire place is amazing! Spacious with complete amenities. Friendly host and caretaker. A must to come back.
The condominium afternoon shift 'front staff' kept on asking for our name details (with scary staring monster eyes) each time we pass through the lobby area. Kind of degrading and discriminating.
Doesn't even greet guests. Sad.

Location is great, close to the airport since I was traveling.
We are disappointed, since Manila is already in level one there's still restrictions on like using the pool. Accepting guests in the room.

Great rooms with excellent fittings and facilities included. Best quality condo in palm tree i have stayed in. Aircon in every room, comfortable beds, great secure location with many quality restaurants within walking distance. 5*
Pool closed on mondays for cleaning.
