Fabulous stay! Really lovely hotel, everything very new, central location, friendly reception

Great location close to the city centre, many cafes and shops. We had a smooth check-in experience even late at night. The interior is stylish, our room was clean, warm and well-equipped. Staff was also very helpful, overall really pleasant stay.

Just one minor thing, the bathroom could use a few more hooks for towels.

It was a lovely hotel - cozy atmosphere, lovely design, comfortable rooms. Also it is very good location - close to the city center and main metro station.

Please note, that breakfast is not a buffet, so you need to inform the hotel in advance about your dietary needs. Also reception is not there 24/7, so you need to communicate in advance about your arrival times.

Excellent location. Cozy room with comfortable room size. Tidy clean and well designed bathroom. Pictures (happy cozy design) on the internet match 100% the reality. Quick and effective remote telephone assitance during the late arrival self-check-in.

Noisy parties at night in the neighbourhood (or party noise coming from the cellar of the hotel...??). No shelves or wardobe in my room. As I found out at the reception other room have wardrobe just my one's design didn't allowed such feature.

Well located. Don't be put off by the entrance from the street. Nice rooms, comfortable beds.

The restaurant was not open so breakfast was not available. Limited left luggage facilities. Being unmanned a lot of the time can create challenges.

This is probably the best designed hotel I've ever visited. Every aspect is a work of art. I felt at home there. The staff is very kind and helpful. The receptionist walked me to my room and explained everything. This hotel is far beyond the 3 stars of it's rating, My subjective rating is ****S for the exceptional service. It's located in the very center of the city. Walking distance from the President's building, the government and the national assembly all on the all so famous street paved with yellow ceramic tiles - something to see. Very easy to get to from the airport - a single metro line.

The water faucet of the bathtub had the usual hot/cold positions reversed. I can't think of anything else that was not perfect!

Loved everything about this place! They were extremely attentive when it came to keeping our room clean (changed our towels and cleaned our room up daily) and everyone who worked there was extremely nice. The rooms are really modern and solid, A\C works very well and the TV has the option of watching in English for some channels. We also slept very well despite being on a main road, the room seems very soundproof. Mariela was also excellent at communicating with us, when we arrived past midnight she stayed up to help us access the property as we didn’t have a Bulgarian SIM card to use the self-access. She also helped us with food recommendations, ordering cabs and places to go and see, an excellent host! If you’re staying on Sofia, definitely book this place in, it’s close to everything you’d want to see and has some nice spots for coffee/drinks close by.
