It was linked to the cafe 1920. It was obviously been decorated recently, keeping the place tidy and clean and fresh looking.

No bar for the evening. Little available locally (that I could find) for a meal 10 min walk.

Staff was friendly and great location and restaurant next to it.

I asked the front desk guy to order us a taxi where we can pay by card. We drove to the airport and the driver was really rude and told us only cash. We didn’t have to withdraw any cash the whole trip but at the airport right before leaving.

Lovely view from the room, and really nice space to unwind. We also had a bath in the room, and the bubble foam was a nice surprise.

We had asked the reception to book us an airport taxi for an early morning departure. When we got downstairs, no one was in reception and we had to manically find a taxi on our phones, and then hope like hell the receptionist was going to return in time to unlock the door and let us out. It was stressful, and could have been avoided.

I liked everything about this hotel. Very good location, excellent breakfast, nice staff. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect.

The man working in the reception is not warm welcome. The owner of the caffee is really rude. My friend wanted extra bread and waited approx. 20 minutes for it. Therefore, we have said that we are waiting for bread. She asked whether we have ordered or not and said that it will come if we order. It is really weird. The hotel room is not clean and the carpet in the room is really dirty and is covered in the dust. Hence we had problems about inhalation. Besides there are no slippers!

Really good size room in a good location in Sofia. Reception were always very friendly.

It wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. Lots of stains on the carpet, dirty shower curtain, and a strong cigarette smell in the hallways.

The noise from the trams early in the morning is quite annoying.

I arrived to the hotel after my flight to find them canceling my reservation and change it to another hotel I don’t know about it anything however I booked at there place because I want it location , finally after long time the reception worker called his manager then told him find a room to me to stay !

Nice place, good location.

Lack of internet, lack of possibility to connect with reception, lady with dark hair even didnt try to check what is the problem, she told that for sure is fault od my devices.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. It is within walking distance of everything.
