Excellent location close to china town and central market. Great views to the mountains

No reception on site, but Ashish was always available by phone and answered all our questions

Great location in the SW of the City opposite park, close to Chinatown and cafes. 14th floor apartment with a beautiful view. Pool was nice, apartment was clean & tidy, kitchen well stocked with pots and pans to cook. Well equipped with washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Felt like this was a new setup or a new housekeeper as things were missing. There was a list that explained extra charges if certain cleaning wasn't done, however, had to go hunting through the laundry cupboards for any cloths, dishwasher only took powder but there were only tablets, there was no dish sponge for washing dishes. Only two towels for a week stay. Said the bins needed to be emptied but no clear instructions on where, needed to contact the host. No tissues. All minor things but don't leave a list of chores to do or you'll be charged, then make it hard to do them. The biggest issue was the apartment facing East towards the rising sun, due to not having any thermal blinds from about 6:00 a.m. became unbearably hot! Not a nice way to be woken on holiday.

Not enough towels for a 5 night stay and no provision of extra supplies (soap, room spray, tea towel, tea/coffee)

The apartment was great - spacious, comfortable, well equipped with a lovely balcony which had great views of the hills and city. We also used the pool and gym which was a great addition to the facilities. We were very happy here and would recommend.

The location is ok but be aware that it's a bit of a walk to the city or even just to a tram stop. Also there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby which was a bit inconvenient. We found it a bit noisy at night as it overlooks busy areas so you could hear music all evening. There was also an unpleasant smell coming up into the shower area from the drains on some occasions.
