We were here for 6 nights for a concert. The place was so very nice. Didn’t want for anything. Very clean. Beds very comfy. Spacious deck. Pool was clean and lots of lounge chairs. Owners were quick to answer questions. Wifi reliable. Fully stocked kitchen. Overall an a great place.

We booked this property via VRBO. It was definately as advertized. It was a mature quiet gated community. It was close to ammenities and great location to go to State Farm Stadium. The King bed was super comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was immpecable, it was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Nothing was broken dirty or chipped.
The exterior was fantasitic there is ample fowl to observe and turtles and the walk around the pond was both peaceful and soothing.
The pool and hot tub we had to our selves each eving from around 1700 hours to close. There are BBQs that line the exterior if you wish to utilize that. Parking was ample in the assigned stall and easy to locate.
This property is professionally managed and made for a smooth check in and check out process. It is on the second floor and an easy walk to it. However if you have mobility issues the stairs might cause an obstacle.
The screened in balcony was a treat each morning to have a tea and watch the fowl and sunrise and sunset.
This location made it easy to get around to surrounding areas in a reasonable amount of time.
The owner and property manager checked in to ensure that everything was up to our expectations. They were not intrusive and very respectful and messaged or called during appropriate hours.
I would stay here again and not hesitate to recommed to others.

We’ve been home from our trip to Arizona for almost 2 weeks now and I’m still missing my relaxing mornings overlooking the lake from our VRBO screened in porch. Everything about our stay was better than expected. We took full advantage of walks around the lake, swims in the pool, big family breakfasts in our fully furnished kitchen and family movie night on the comfy living room sectional. When we did head out, we were close to my daughter’s school and a lot of fun restaurants, boutiques and hiking trails. We definitely spent more time at the VRBO than we ever imagined as it just had so much to offer and just felt like home. I really hope our daughter stays at GCU so we have a reason to come and visit again! :)

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, all the linens you need. We also enjoyed the artwork in the space. Owners were very responsive and helpful with our stay. A highlight is definitely the location on the property with a large shade tree and babbling brook right off the porch. Also enjoyed the pool and walks around the lake on property. Would stay here again!

I had researched alot of properties before deciding on this one. It was absolutely the best choice.
It was wonderful. I think it is even nicer then the pictures you see. The screened in porch was fabulous. We spent alot of time out there, so relaxing. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental.

This property was just like the pictures and the view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. A great bonus was the paved walkway around the lakes with the gated entry that insured a very safe environment to the lake area. We would definitely star at this property again if we’re back in the Phoenix area.

The property is well maintained and very well stocked with towels, pool towels, dishes, glassware, cooking supplies. The location was great and having the lake to walk around everyday was a bonus. The sounds of the babbling brook right outside the screened in balcony was wonderful. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Stayed four nights and enjoyed the pool / hot tub as well as the mile long walking trail around the lake / pond.
Condo floor plan was nice with everything we needed. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms and all tastefully decorated.
Check-in and out was easy with great communication from the host / management rep.
The ROKU device on the TV was a bonus!

Nicely finished 2 bedroom unit. Mille is an excellent host ! Good view from screened in patio. Each morning we enjoyed coffee with quacking ducks. Only "turn off" was homeless & beggars in the area.

Super nice condo in a great property. Loved the morning walks around the lake. Unit was clean and well stocked. The kids appreciated the pool floaty and the family had a blast playing tennis with the rackets.

The pictures and description of the property and lakes were just as listed.
The condo unit had everything, the Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, a blender and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker were available for use. We also appreciated the use of coolers in the unit, so we were able to pack lunches/beverages for our day tours. The BBQ Grills which were located just outside the unit door, allowed us to grill up our favorite meals, just like at home!
The property and grounds are very well maintained, and the condo area was very quiet. The view from the enclosed patio was fantastic of the babbling Brooke that flowed into the lake and the walking path around the lake was quite enjoyable and relaxing.
The pool courtyard area had lots of available chairs, tables and loungers and plenty of shade, plus the courtyard has restroom facilities (which is not always available at other locations that we have stayed).
The condo is located just 1 minute off of I-17, 30 minutes from Camel Back Mountain and Phoenix Mountains Preserve (great morning hikes), 3 hours from Grand Canyon National Park (a must see) and 2 1/2 hours from Saguaro National Park (amazing views/huge Saguaro's).
Communication with the property manager for checkin before and after we arrived, made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

This was a great little getaway! The bed was comfy, furniture great for relaxing, the pool and hot tub perfect for decompressing after a long day, and the porch was fantastically relaxing.
It is located fairly centrally in Phoenix and had easy access to the highway to get wherever you need to go. The only downside is we didn’t get to enjoy the porch for a number of days due to the amount of lawn care going on the week we were here, and the dishes smelled musty and needed to be cleaned before use (not a big deal since you can just throw them in the dishwasher).

Beautiful, clean and relaxing condo unit. Desert shores is a lovely property with the lake and the walking path surrounding it. Very nice brook right outside our bedroom, very peaceful. We had a car which was great because the area is not very walkable, no real shopping within walking distance. Definitely recommend this property.

Everything as described. Comfortable bed. Nice large TVs. Large screened in balcony with babbling brook and pond view. Pool and hot tub are delightful (although the pool did not seem heated-perhaps only heated in winter?) Also the back pond area and pool are locked securely which was nice because the adjacent shopping district on Peoria is very overrun with unhoused individuals, one of which was unhinged and threatened my husband. I wouldn’t take a walk alone outside the complex for that reason. But driving into the complex, we felt quite safe. Also we felt safe in the whole complex even though it is ungated when entering. Millie was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Very enjoyable stay. My son and I were there for a week baseball tournament, it was a nice place to come back to each day. Comfortable and quiet. The covered parking was directly in front of the stairs leading up one flight of stairs to the unit.
Very close to food and a couple of blocks from a grocery store.

The lovely screened in patio with creekside view was a great place for our morning Coffee Times and evening Happy Hours. Loved the designer cow/ chicken theme that was artistically worked throughout the condo.

Perfectly lovely condo
Check-in was so easy. We found everything we needed in this comfortable and fully stocked condo. The screened patio gave us a lovely view of birds accompanied by the sound of the brook and was a delightful way to have our morning coffee. The walking path provides a beautiful walk around the property. We loved the decor in every room, especially the stylish cowgirls watching over us. All the appliances are in perfect working order. The location is good for easy access to expressways. Millie is a great host and quickly responded to our questions. The pool and hot tub is very nice and only a short walk from the condo. I rent from VRBO several times a year and this is the first property where the only surprise was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed our problem free accomodations. Thank you Millie.
