Beautiful old apartment very centrally located, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. We especially appreciated the bathtub. The bed was comfortable and there were parrots living on a palm tree just next to the balcony. Definitely a place with a soul.
Also Benedetta was very friendly and helpful
The kitchen was tiny and some dishes were dirty, but that wasn’t really an issue

Location right off Via Del Corso is ideal for getting everywhere in Rome. Close to Piazza Del Popolo, and walkable within :30 of everything except the far southern end of the center. Via Margutta is a charming, quiet, beautiful corner of a charmingly beautiful city.
The bathroom shower is a bit awkward. I know space is a premium in Rome so they had to put it under a sloped ceiling but a different shower head could solve the problem for taller people.

The location is perfect, could not be better.
Also happy that there was airconditioning.
Mrs. Benedetta is very nice and helpful and gave us many tips where to go and even went to buy filters for the coffee machine for us 🙏🙏
The shower!! It is actually a bath with a shower and for tall people not comfortable and also slippery.

Perfect place for me. The location is excellent, 5 minutes walking distance of Piazza del Popolo, less than 10 minutes walking distance from Piazza di Spagna and 15 minutes from Fontana di Trevi. The neighborhood is fancy and quiet. A lot of luxury hotels nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with the essentials to cook if you want to. A Carrefour Express market is 5 minutes away where you can find a lot of fresh produces and everything you need. Benedetta, the host, was very attentive and kind and support everything I need during my staying. Also helped with an early checkin. The self checkin and self checkout procedures were smooth. The kitchen and the bathroom are little but totally renewed and perfectly functional. The windows and balcony offers you a great view of the surrounding neighboorhood. The AC works perfect. I totally recommend staying here for solo travelers or couples, a great experience of Rome is expecting you starting from this house...
Nothing. Everything was fine.

Location.
The old Roman style of the building.
The host Benedetta is very friendly and helpful.
Great view from the apartment.
The shower is too small and squeezy.

Location is nice, Enough place, balcony, quite, bernadetta (host) is nice.
Kitchen is shabby, also a lot of the furniture. And i dont mean that just because its old.
Bath is a mess, bathtub is shabby with that old whirpoolnozzels, and shower is 1.60 high. The guys who build that must have been not so clever. Also the half of the water lands in the livingroom if yo dont put a tovel there.
piano is not there anymore.
Like an airbnb, were you sleep in a house were people live, and of course they dont like that.

Fantastic place, we feel lucky to have found it: in the heart of Rome, but the same time on a very quiet, clean and beautiful street. Benedetta, the lovely lady who runs the place, was very welcoming and helpful, communication prompt and easy. The apartment itself is very nice and clean, with a flair of good old times, spacious and light, it has a wonderful view from the windows, no not windows — balcony doors, which are equipped with mosquito nets protecting the whole opening when necessary, so one can always keep those doors open. We enjoyed staying in the apartment very much and will definitely try to book it next time we come to Rome.

Magic spot in Rome. Quite. The kitchen is good to have if you stay more than 5 days. The piano is a great add value for somebody like me that enjoy to play.
Tv needs an update.

Location
We have selected the apartment because of the good reviews regarding the Wi-Fi connection Given that we had to work remotely. we booked our stay for eight days in Rome. After just a few hours in the apartment the Internet connection stopped working and we reached out to the person in charge to help us solving the issue. We are aware that this kind of issues might happene however the person in charge was not able to manage the situation and we didn’t manage to get one hour of Internet and Wi-Fi connection in our eight days stay at the apartment. After presenting the issue she mentioned she would get back to us within two Days but we never heard Back from her

The location is excellent, is 2 minutes from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. The living room and the bedroom are true to the pictures, the view to the inner garden is really nice from the balcony. The host Ana Paula was very nice and helpful.
The photos of the bathroom are misleading, in reality the room is in the attic, with a sloping ceiling. Is really difficult to take a shower if you are taller than 170cm. And if you decided to take a bath, and start to use the jacuzzi, dirt came out from the blowers. The kitchen (plates, glasses, cutlery, the plots) was also dirty, and I think the apartment is smaller than advertised.
