Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Antonio was great, very friendly and helpful.

I booked this property over 9 months prior to arriving. Shortly after booking I emailed, thru Booking.com, to add additional days on the front of our stay. The manager’s wife confirmed, thru Booking.com, that the days were available and we agreed to the payment option and booked them. Over a month before our stay I double checked our reservations, only to hear from the manager that the extra days were not available to us. They never reserved those dates and there was nothing they could do for us. Mismanagement and was told we should of cancelled our already booked reservations and rebook for the new dates. Booking.com refutes this advice.

Location, size, roof terrace

Couches were worn, beds not great, proper duvet cover not used and sheets did not work well as a substitute (did not stay on duvet), no washer/dryer

shower over bathtub did not seem to work at all. it had no wall mount for the shower head and there were no instructions to make water come out of shower.. More shelf space for clothes needed.

A lot of space and a wonderfull big roof terrace.

Location was amazing being in the centre of Rome it was no more than 30 mins walk to any of the main attractions. Apartment was stunning with a fantastic roof terrace.

The accommodation has 5 bedrooms. 2 were similar in standard. 1 was smaller but having its own balcony made up for the size. The 3rd and 4th bedroom were off the kitchen at the other end of the apartment. One was OK but not up to the standard of the others. The last room only had curtains between the room and the passage way and an opening window without a curtain into the kitchen. So the last room was a little disappointing and whilst it didn't matter to us depending on the make up of your group someone could be left a little jealous of the others. It wouldn't take much to brighten up the other two rooms to make them more matched with the rest of the apartment which was superb.

The location was great…we walked to everything…all the main sites.
