Location was excellent, we walked to all the key sights. Host was very responsive.

Air con was incredibly noisy - had to turn it off at night in the main bedroom. Second bedroom didn't have any, only a fan. Insufficient glassware and cups - not enough for everyone. Pillows uncomfortable.

. A/C did not work and portable A/C devices were put instead which were very noisy to sleep at night.

The host was extremely accomodating by letting us inside earlier and letting us stay a bit longer. The apartment is amazing: it looks as pretty as in the pictures, was very clean and the location is ideal for walking to most places. It was great that a few basic necessities were already there in the apartment (soap, toilet paper, kitchen towels, detergent, salt, pepper, some tea, coffee, oil and vinegar and some more). There's plenty of storage and I also liked that there were different kinds of pillows and blankets. The bathrooms were clean and big enough. It was also clean under and on all pieces of furniture, which I found out repeatedly when collecting my kids' toys. And I can't stress enough how great the location is. I would recommend it whole-heartedly and would come again immediately if I could

The air conditioning was really loud, especially in the bigger bedroom as a part of the AC of the smaller bedroom is there so you basically have the volume of two ACs there. Thus we had to shut them off at night and open the windows - which, unsurprisingly, was rather loud in the middle of the city.

maybe if there are extra towels and some spots in the appartment were dusty, and the living room’s bathroom a bit smelly. the key lock must be changes as most of time the door doesn’t open only after trying so many times.

The size, cleaning and location of the property are amazing.

However in the description says that’s the flat accessible by elevator. You will reattach the 3ed floor then there is half floor you should take the stairs.

Small balcony

Coffee, tea, toilet paper provided (or left by other guests). The location is quiet, but very close to key structures of Ancient Rome. We will be recommending to friends.

There could be more crockery. A lack of mugs and glasses. No point in having a dishwasher if there isn't enough crockery for a load.

Our apartment was located in a very convenient area, really close to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Two seperate bedrooms and living room with a spacious sofa were appreciated by our group of 5 people. Also, we arrived in Rome early in the morning and our host organised an early check-in with no extra cost which was fantastic solution for tired tourists :)

Water boiler (or some other device) was a bit noisy, so the person, who slept in the living room complained about it a little bit.
