1.有免費早餐。 但早餐十分乾且不好吃，但因為是免費的就不多做評論 (只有嘗試一天，其他天都沒吃了) 2.離機場很近，有接駁車可以到機場。 3.客房換毛巾有疏漏，但幫我們補送過來的中年男子非常非常的客氣 這次沒有給都很差的分數完全是因為第一天checkin的女員工與隔天的印度員工，只有這兩個人是提高這間旅館的分數的人。 這次住宿對我們而言唯一優點只剩下離機場近

1.不可取消或改變時間，所以在訂房時要慎之又慎，確定了再訂。 2.早餐十分乾，但因為是免費的就不多做評論 (只有嘗試一天，其他天都沒吃了) 3. 離機場進，但離市區非常遠。 本著不想拖著行李換來換去旅館，所以訂了3天。非常後悔，因為要一路轉車且離市區車程40分鐘，建議最後一天住就好。 4. 客房打掃沒落實 - 公婆房間外有貼請打掃的磁鐵，結果打掃完卻沒有補毛巾與水。變得我還要下去幫她們跟櫃台拿。(我自己的房間是不打掃把浴巾放在門口，會直接放一袋浴巾所以沒問題) 到了樓下是一位印度男員工與日本男員工。 日本男員工一聽我用英文馬上就是直接揮手要印度員工來且面無表情離開。 印度員工態度非常好與誠懇。 毛巾問題表示會補給我們。(在詢問的時候印度男員工會跟日本男員工說情況，日本男員工就是非常的不耐煩的表情，讓我覺得印度員工很可憐) 5.如果連續住房是不會給水，要自己花錢買。這讓我很不能理解。 這間是有打掃房間，不給水。 沒打掃房間才給水。 但是我付的錢如果是單晚單晚，不是連續住。每天都得打掃房間給新客人也會補上水不是嗎? 這個問題也就算了不重要。 我公婆房間沒水，員工回覆是因為有打掃房間就不會給水，要自己買。 好我可以接受。 但我跟我先生房間是不打掃的，也沒有給水。 最後印度員工把水補給我們且再三道歉。

距離機場僅三站7分鐘即可抵達，即使飯店免費機場接駁巴士客滿，仍可選擇搭電鐵。（但須注意較近的車站僅設置往上的手扶梯，下樓較不方便，且車廂乘客擁擠，帶著大行李亦有可能上不了車） 空間較一般傳統小型商務旅館大，入住房型可供兩咖大行李同時打開平放，便於最後一天整理行李。

地毯使用痕跡明顯，角落有些許灰塵。 入住房型的冷氣出風口設計不佳，風向一定會吹往兩張床的其中一張，關掉卻又太悶，睡覺時其中一人得被風吹整晚，即使已經轉最弱風，仍不是很舒服。 接駁小巴無法提前預定，規定入住時才可同時登記，晚上才入住的客人恐怕都沒位置了。

羽田での早朝便理由の時などでは、空港までの送迎があるので便利だと思います。それくらいかな？ シャワーのMirableは、男性が使用しても気持ちよかった。お得感はなし。　とにかく羽田利用の時には良いと思います。

羽田利用目的以外での宿泊する理由が見つからない。周辺にはそれほど多くの飲食店もないし、散策する程でもない。部屋自体は13平米にしては、広く感じましたが、バス、トイレが小さい、特にトイレは小さすぎて、海外の方だったら大変だろうと思う。朝食も都内でもビュッフェ再開してるホテルが多い中ですが、まだランチボックスでの提供でした。その内容がコンビニレベル。ちょっと寂しいですね。コーヒーもお金がかかるし、、、。

Nice room and easy check-in, the prices are much lower than the hotels located near haneda airport and it's 10m by train to reach the airport, the station is 3 min walk from the hotel. it's a smart choice if you wanna stay close and are on a budget

The hotel is a couple of minutes away from the airport, which makes it a great choice for a walk in fresh air after 25+ hours of airports and planes. The staff was welcoming, and the room looked great.

The pyjamas were a bit thick for the warm nights of Japan, but this is a personal problem all over Japan. I prefer colder weather but I couldn't sleep with the AC on :(

The hotel was modern and attractive. I liked their outdoor patio seating also. Comfy bed, outlets near bed also for charging or sleep machines. Enjoyed the large soaker tub and shower combo as well. Breakfast choices great as well!

the shuttle to the airport was very convenient and I got a great nights sleep before a long flight the next day. there are convenience stores within walking distance. there’s an inari shrine not far I might have gone to if I had had more time

Travelled with a toddler and got a deluxe twin room for the extra space. The hotel is located very close to the station and provides a free shuttle to the airport for morning flights. The room price included a breakfast box which can be taken away if you catch the 6:10am shuttle. The location is very quiet and blackout blinds are installed in each room. Amenities are provided at the lobby, but the shampoo and conditioner provided are a very nice quality. Rooms and hotel are nicely maintained. Staff are proficient in English, so no hassles there. The hotel is also located very close to Haginaka Park, which has a fantastic playground/swimming pool for those travelling with young kids needing to burn off energy. The area is in a quiet and clean area, with some family eating areas (like Hamasushi and Gusto) located nearby.
