Kamen erst spät in der Nacht an. Rezeption war nicht mehr besetzt und auch keiner erreichbar, obwohl die Bescheid wussten. Sehr hellhörig.

No funcionaban las duchas, no había agua caliente, no funcionaban los aires acondicionados. Las camas muy incómodas, colchones blandos, parecidos a rellenos de lana. Dormir en una habitación y bañarse en otra. Cerraduras rotas. El desayuno no es continental ni americano. Lo sirven muy lento y no hay opciones. El encargado nos mentía, demoraba en responder mensajes y llamadas o directamente no respondía y nos daba muy mala atención. En dos días distintos con diferentes inconvenientes el encargado no contesto nunca, tampoco al día siguiente nos preguntó qué necesitábamos. No solucionaba los problemas ni nos ofreció compensación por los inconvenientes a pesar de que lo exigimos. No nos permitieron si quiera usar la heladera para guardar nada ni hielo y no querían que accedieramos a la cocina. No había agua potable a disposición. Pedimos otro contacto para hablar con el dueño o alguien que pudiera darnos respuesta o indemnización y no nos brindó el contacto.

Estafa , alquile habitación deluxe me dieron una inferior al mismo precio ,sucia , con humedades por todo que huele mal , y para colmo nos fuimos porque no era lo que habíamos reservado y el dueño no nos quiso hacer el rembolso y Booking se desentiende , y el dueño nos echó de malas maneras

La ubicación, el desayuno incluido es muy abundante y Reymundo fue muy amable y nos dio muchas explicaciones y recomendaciones

El área de desayunos es muy linda y el desayuno estuvo de regular a bueno. La persona que nos brindó atención estuvo todo el tiempo en una llamada, nos llevaba los platos mientras hablaba con alguien por teléfono y eso fue desagradable.

La habitación estuvo horrible. Había animales muertos, había basura en el piso en el baño la puerta no abría por completo y era demasiado pequeño, las paredes parecían tabla roca se escuchaba todo de afuera, en la regadera nos encontramos con sobres de shampoo YA ABIERTOS, la cama tenía manchas en las sábanas y en las almohadas, en general muy malo. Cero recomendable

Con algunos toques de pintura se vería mejor.

La ubicación es buena para ir andando a la zona centro con tienditas, supermercado y restaurantes. A unos 5 minutos había una taqueria muy buena y bien de precio. Nos pareció una zona tranquila, con parking videovigilado en frente de la Villa, gratuito. Cumple su función para ver el Downtown de Cancún, pero sería más una pensión.

No había agua caliente en las habitaciones y al ser una villa, tampoco había ascensor. El desayuno se sirve en la cuarta planta y si hay problemas de movilidad, es un poco complicado llegar (no lo leímos en la descripción del hotel!)

It was secured with 2 gates, security cameras in the entrance and breakfast/pool area. Breakfast was okay. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the staff didn’t speak english, they made sure you feel comfortable, very friendly.

It needs to be renovated. Paint is falling off, you couldn’t lock the door from the inside of your room, the balcony door lock didn’t work properly, the shower needs some deep cleaning. Strings of dust on the walls and the ceiling even though the floor was cleaned daily. A/C didn’t work properly - couldn’t be turned off, temperature couldn’t be changed. Got a little bit chilly at night. I got a room upgrade to a superior king suit with balcony and park view on booking.com but ended up in a basic room with view to the trash cans, another balcony and another house. Hot water only worked on the last day, every other day it was not even lukewarm after running the shower for like 15 min. Water spots on the ceiling, fresh clothes smelled weird after just 2 nights. Pool is clean but also got a lot of paint missing. Didn’t use it

It is simple but it has everything to stay for a couple of nights

Very minimalist Construction

Villa Antilope is a family ran business where you can feel warmth and comfort through the homemade breakfasts and attentiveness of the owner. Who has many years of experience in the tourism/hotel industry. He is a charming man who offers excellent recommendations to get to know the local side of Cancun. I also loved our room view which faced a park and allowed you to witness exotic birds and insects. Check out Plaza Palapas which was a 15 minute walk.

There is nothing that was not enjoyed from my stay. Out of preference, I believe the mattress and pillows were very soft to my liking.

Breakfast was good. The terrace looked nice. Neighborhood was fina and safe. It’s a cheap place to spend a night. The bed was comfortable. Staff was kind.

The shower splashed to the bathroom. No essentials like shampoo or soap. The room smelled to humidity. TV had poor content. The balcony window was hard to open

there wasn’t anyone there when we wanted to check in and check out. we had to wait around and shout out to see if anyone was in the building to respond. the room didn’t come with towels, we had to request these once we realised. I paid for a superior room however it was small, the balcony had caging around it so didn’t benefit from the balcony at all. the bathroom was so small the door couldn’t even open the whole way. the bed completely sunk in the middle, so was an uncomfortable sleep. the building was generally loud - I woke up from someone else’s alarm going off

the pool, everyday cleaning

Good people, friendly and accomodating. Great location, the small park is beautiful and full of wildlife, just walk through it to catch the bus. Clean and safe. Nice restaurants all around.

Great staff, great breakfast, parking on site, very decent room for a short stay in Cancun, especially if like us, just arriving, being tired after a long flight and just wanting a clean and decent place to sleep.

Area is not the best but its close to decent places to eat and supermarkets for basic stuff.
