We decided to upgrade to a suite and it was perfect and beautifully designed. The hotel is in a fantastic area in terms of restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were really kind and helpful.

The pool was much smaller than we expected.

The staff was very friendly. And also very helpful with any questions. The location was perfect since our office is in walking distance. Overall a great experience. I will definitely come back.

Room was nice and clean. Depsite the hotel being located in a very busy area, we had no issues during the night. We slept well without having to endure the noice from outside. The location was perfect for us as we explored the city by public transport. All landmarks and points of interest were connected with the metro station just outside of the hotel. We often walked from the hotel to the city center for some shopping too. Enough space for 2 adults and 1 child in the room. AC was working well. Bathroom was clean and everything worked properly. Staff was very helpfull and friendly.

Bed was a bit too soft for me. Breakfast had not a lots of choice. You will need to leave your roomkey at the front desk which is fine by me. But when you want to collect the key to go back to the room, it can take some time when there is a queue at the frond desk.

Great location - very centrally located so walkable to tourist destinations such as Casa Battlo and metro very close by, friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar.

Breakfast was overpriced for the selection available it came in at 19€ and was quite limited.

Great hotel, great staff and location. Very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and welcoming.

Part of the rooms turn to an intern patio. When you open the window, there is no air coming from outside. I recommend the room with wiew to the city. We where upgraded and it was perfect.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for sightseeing in Barcelona. Everything is close and two metro stations just round the corner which gives you quick access everywhere in Barcelona. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful in all aspects. Nothing is a problem for them. They can recommend and book for you the restaurants, sightseeing tours, etc.

I like most of the things but wouldn't mind to have a bit more comfortable pillows in the bed, albeit my wife was fine with them.

Great location, very helpful team, delicious restaurant downstairs and super soft beds!! And all designer shops just around the corner.
