Near to shopping malls.
Was push to check-in and pay cash as there is no front desk available, have to suit the person time instead of suiting our time. Quite noisy as close to busy roads.

We visited last month and host was very supportive and active from getting the key till hand over. this is surely a good apartment for 4-5 people containing 2 rooms. kitchen facility was very good and living room had a good TV,wifi and sofa.
The apartment is in busy location.Due to traffic it might feel little inconvienience but if you plan your timings properly, you will be good to reach any place on time.

Lúc đầu chọn khác sạn này cũng nghĩ là bình thường thôi vì thấy giá cũng rẻ mà lúc đến mới biết sự lựa chọn của mình thật là sáng suốt. Mọi thứ đều làm vừa lòng mình từ khi bước chân đến khách sạn cho đến lúc rời đi. Lần tới mình sẽ lại chọn chỗ này cho kỳ nghỉ tiếp theo.
Hi vọng có thêm bữa sáng nữa thì tốt nhỉ.

it was well designed and located.
there were 6 of us and there weren’t enough cutlery for all of us. no coffee mugs, no spatula for cooking.

Kitchen had heaps of utensils, very clean, beds comfy and bathroom clean
The balcony was also well put together
Location was easy to find, close to get into central Ha Noi
The apartment sometimes smelt strongly of smoke. The corridor was very smokey

The cleanliness of the rooms were not so good. also the basic like toiletries were not available. Sufficient toilets and other things were also not available. Only one residence card was given to access lift for a 7 people family.
The racks inside the toilet is broken and were not clean as well
